Eh, read sex and rockets. Not much else to say other than he was a very open hearted and trusting man, which is what lead Ron to rip him off (classic con trick - Crowley). Thelema is great and very life affirming. He was also very left wing and all these things combined into a philosophy that was designed to throw off the shackles of capitalism as legacy of the old aeon. He saw himself as the progenitor of all that. Some rumors again no evidence I can find he was behind the Wicca boom. Again, loads of unverifiable pseudo rumors. May have been bumped off for testifying as expert witness in the trial of a mob bomber. RAWs foreward to that book includes the rumor that he filmed himself fucking his own mother, that's a load of shit and not supported by any evidence. Ken anger I think claimed that Marjorie tried to encourage him towards satanism, again ken anger came up with a few porkies - such as saying thelema was for men only. See Manon hedenborg white for more on that. Other than that, not much to report. Killed by a sad accident. But much loved and still thought of fondly. Which is a pretty good legacy.
