This thread is a ritual. Ever since 2020 history has floated into a boundary area where global outcomes are extremely sensitive to small changes. The various fates are not as firmly locked as they usually are. The world can go in many different directions, there's a lot of options on the table right now. Some outcomes are more difficult to achieve than others, requiring more conditions to be established and coincidences to occur. I believe that one of those outcomes - one of the least likely ones - is the arrival of a laughing figure whose goal will be quite opaque but essentially boil down to restoring joy in the world, and he will succeed. For this figure to appear an immense number of precise requirements must be met, everything from certain rocks being in the right place to the right politicians getting elected to the correct ancient prophecies being fulfilled.
