Sheenhan mentioned there's an alien civilization surrounding our solar system and that actually makes sense. Theres alot of different craft/ET and for them to be coming only to see earth wouldnt make sense in most cases. For these other species to becoming to meet this other civilization makes sense, to eith trade technology/information or to meet them after being able to reach their level of technological spirituality The question is, are the alien bases on and inside the moon and mars, probably other planets theirs? Are the bases under the seass theirs?

Unless these have some rare gaz or matter, they must be just like billions of others and of no interest to them.
