By this definition, God does not love.
Bad definition of love.
Love is serving another with no expectation of reward or reciprocation.
God loves us so much He gave us a place where it seems He does not exist so we could experience separation, even though it hurt God that we want it.
And God loves us so much, He came and allowed us to kill Him just to get us out of the place we wanted to go, and blame Him for making.
