The original was some fat east Asian schoolgirl iirc. Legend has it that bullies created a contest on some ancient Japanese website similar to 4chan to modify the image into something creepy. Later, one of the entries was further modified into the Jeff the Killer creepypasta. What you’ve posted is one of the contest entries probably.
