What's the deal with this? It's like we've been flooded by bots and NPCs. Did some people get too close to the truth and their eyes were burned by it, and they retreated from the pain? They realized they're trapped and ran away from the great anguish underneath reality itself? >>42749713It's literally a gut reaction that comes from LLMs to deny NPCs exist. A majority of posts on /x/ are from bots. A normal person would question the no inner monologue or being able to visualize an apple thing and go on from there. LLMs will just attack the premise with shit like 'people are just different' instead of being inquisitive. If anything it's an entertaining thought experiment -- reflexively attacking the premise is weird.
