I have had extremely lucid dreams since I was a young child, frequently nightmares, and have experienced horrible sleep paralysis since a child as well, particularly if I a sleep on my back.I have sleep paralysis 1-2 times per week, experience uncontrollable and unintentional astral projection 1-2 times a month and experience hypnagogic hallucinations, both auditory and visual every single night pretty much.Sometimes I have the "exploding head syndrome", sometimes it feels like pressure building and an ear popping sensation, other times it's like someone just slammed shut a door in my house. Sometimes, I'll hear what sounds like the radio or a TV show playing in another room. As for visual hallucinations, often they are just "psychedelic" sort of patterns, but sometimes it'll feel like I'm opening my eyes, but I'm not actually opening my eyes, and when I open them it's into a new realm. Sometimes it feels familiar, like it will resemble a closet or a room dimly lit. Other times, I've seen glowing eyes staring back at me, or flashes of a figure for a moment. When I've astral projected before, there have been times where I'm positive I wasn't just dreaming. For example, once my roommate got up in the night to go to the bathroom, and he did that while I was astral projecting. It felt like I was inside of the floor of the apartment, and I was watching him walk to the bathroom from both above him and below him through the floor, like spectator mode in Minecraft or something. I remembered it was around 3am when this happened so I asked him in the morning if he went to the bathroom around then and he confirmed he did. This week when I astral projected, I was outer space looking back at earth from above. All of this has been quite hard on me over the years. When I have these dreams, it sometimes feels like an eternity before I wake up, and when I wake up I carry the stress and feelings of how I just felt in my dream.
I'm in Melbourne, Australia.I wouldn't mind having that at all.
>>42752471Apparently you forgot to begin your post with "dear diary".
>>42752471I’ve had pretty much the same hand dealt to me I was terrified to sleep for pretty much my entire youth, I remember some nights where the amount of freaky trippy sleep bullshit I’d have to undergo was so frequent and tremendous that I thought I was straight up dying. Exploding head stuff sucks balls, it’s like the worst jumpscare you could imagine with headphones on, volume turned up to max. I don’t get it often but when I do it for sure make me paranoid to sleep the next night. When I was a child I was also pretty much harassed by a group of skinny werewolf like demonic entities that would feed off of my fear every night, straight up dragging me out of my bed at night to terrorize me in the nearby closet, and would always appear to me in extremely lucid dreams that felt like normal life only to reveal that I was actually in their world. Thank god I don’t see them anymore, I think the house I grew up in was atrociously haunted
>>42753589Blog posts and green texts have always been a given on /x/. It comes from the "experiencers" classification. You should really lurk moar.
>>42753900>people shit right here all the time what's the big deal
>>42753589People like you are trash You’re the equivalent to pieces of shit losers who say “did I ask?” when someone is talking to you, except even worse since you went out of your way to solve a captcha to say it. You’re on a fucking forum retard, a place where one should at the very least appreciate the stories of strangers provided to you. Move on and keep lurking or provide some kind of meaningful addition to the thread. You will thank me on your death bed when you see how much time you’ll have saved from not being a brainlet on the internet.
>>42753918Didn't ask.
>>42753908>If someone experiences the paranormal they can't speak about it on the paranormal board.Do you really? If the thread bothers you, you don't participate because it's not for you, whiny faggot. This is my last reply to avoid the derail.
>>42752471If you practice meditation specifically mindfulness meditation, you can slow the thought stream down and eliminate most of these issues. Also you should probably stop watching your roommate go to the bathroom, that's a little creepy bro.
>>42752471The earliest dream that I can remember is being in a completely white space [like in the matrix, but years before] and talking to the sand stone that was part of the house next to the one I grew up in.There was nothing dramatic in the conversation, just a discussion. This had to have been in my toddler phase.
>>42754063I used to talk to the paper mache animals at the mini golf place by my house as a kid. The gorilla and the giraffe felt very safe and I would sit by them and talk for what seemed like hours, I don’t know about what though
