I've lived in Texas for a while now, but I've only ever really lived in the suburbs near Houston. Anybody here ever dealt with anything paranormal or some area that tends to have spooky crap going on that I could maybe explore? Looking to go out and have something to do in my free time one of these days.(Pic is just a drawing of a chupacabra, seemed eyecatching so I uploaded it here).

The real one was a wave of sightings all over central america and the caribbean, ranging from Colombia to Southwest US, with the Puerto Rico resurgence being more known because predictive programming (the area was mainstream famous at the time due to Arecibo antenna in media) and because the mayor of the area was mad as fuck about it and went on a rampage to kill it, with police forces making detailed sketches of what witnesses saw and shit hitting the fan fast.In Texas supposedly they saw this guy but honestly most of the shit attributed to it were actually just "normal" cattle mutilations although southern border states did see something like a carnivorous kangaroo kind of thing.

In the triangle of the red river, the hill country, and the desert was a mound building civilization that all died from small pox before colonization came in proper. There are lots of little mounds noone wants to admit to(for gib reasons and Texas isn't known for preservation) if you dig even a foot down you will find spearheads, arrowheads, and pottery, probaby bones too I imagine youd have to dig for those. They are exceptionally cursed. That part of Texas hasnt been Jeeted yet so you can still find lots of places.
