How do I continue a dream from last night?
>>42755846Your best shot is probably a lucid dream
Goon your soul back into it.
>>42755846when you wake up , go back to sleep , that´s where most lucid dreams come from , also start a dreamjournal so you remember more and become more in control of your dreams , friendly warning , they might turn into nightmares very fast.
>>42755902I have been journaling for years. I've never been able to continue a dream the next night though
you ever continue a dream you had when you were a child? memories have to be stored better then we know
>>42755846Think about it before bed. Try and place yourself into the dream by replaying it in your mind up to where it last left offGood luck, Anon
>>42755846intense visualization while falling back asleep. ive been messing around with sleep stuff since the late 90s, and after many diff types of exercises, this seems to be a cool side effect. like, maybe half the time it works. but i was never able to do it before messing around with sleep.
>>42758122i realized i wasnt very clear. so, on and off for a long time, ive messed with lucid dreaming. after exercising my mind more, i believe it has become easier. i also believe the ability to fall asleep easily, is somehow related. i dunno, i just feel that way. also, for a little while i became obsessed with the moment of falling asleep. like, staying awake, while falling asleep. i feel that may have helped. look up diff types of exercises for lucid dreaming, i guess.
