I eat food that's sat out overnight all the time, I don't refrigerate dressings, I drink 2 week old half finished water bottles. I get sick maybe 1 day every year, while I got a family member who is anal about sanitation and gets sick like once a month.

Obviously I ain't eating mold or lumpy milk but it seems most cooked food, if it is dry enough can last days on the counter and be fine for days

why don't you go and munch some local crackwhore carpet and report back then
>>

yes our ancestors did the same thing, but their food didn't come from factory farms, shipped from all over the world, so do becareful, if you here a recall or something is when you should care.

The placebo effect is much more powerful than a lot of people recognise, and it's getting more powerful as the amount of spiritual energy there is on this planet rises. Becoming conscious of your ability to use the placebo effect can be a great use of your mind. It seems to me that you believe that you'll be OK after eating leftovers, whereas your family member believes they'll get sick if they slip up on sanitation.

Notice the emphasis: you believe you'll be OK (positive) if X and they think they'll get sick (negative) if Y. That belief of what your future condition will be is directly pictured in the mind every time you perform the relevant ritual, so you both reinforce your beliefs and feelings continuously, and any instance of you noticing that you're healthy at a given moment or them noticing that they're unhealthy at a given moment then provides reinforcement for that belief, which lenda credence to your beliefs. A never ending spiral...

I'm surprised water hasn't been an issue.
But if you start from.a basis of clean, things tend to stay clean.
Microbes multiply, over time. But if you don't start with any microbes, you're on t he right path.l, and if you kill them every time you reheat your food, that's also good.
If your cooked pizza stays in the box, and you only touched pieces you ate - I often use a fork to stab my pieces out some hands don't get greasy. Also wash your hands. Pizza in the box will be fine in the morning.
I leave my rice in the rice cooker for 24 hours. I eat two cups of rice over 24 hours, close the lid and seal it until the next scooping. Then I wash everything.
I understand that can get moldy quick so it's never more than 24 hours, but it was just freshly cooked AND never contaminated with other germs except opening the kid and touching it with a clean and rinsed rice paddle.
Gerns are totally real though - my bathroom stays moist despite fans, and another isn't used much at all and despite hitting them with alcohol, they get legit petri dish looking black bacteria spots on the underside of the lids which grows. I kill it every time I see it. It's disgusting. I'm always super clean, and alcohol kills all germs, but they keep coming back somehow. I would be disgusted and paranoid if this was in the kitchen. I probably clean it enough as I go to nit have it be a problemz which is a good sign.
But they are real, OP.

Guise, I too cook my meals to kill off germs, are germs real?

I have autism and sometimes go weeks without showering or brushing my teeth. I haven’t cleaned my house in 3 years. I eat from the same bowl for every single meal, and have never washed it. I drink water from a bottle that I’ve never cleaned. Yet every time I go to the doctor, I’m perfectly healthy.

Now I’m not deluded into thinking that I’m not taking a massive risk, but I think most of the germ theory stuff only applies to people who frequently socialize. If you don’t, you sort of reach homeostasis with your environment.

I don't really buy modern jew science that says if you drop food for half a millisecond youll get aids or something.
>>
>>42761079
Does autism do that to you?
>>
>>42761107
Autism presents differently in everyone. My psychiatrist says I was repeatedly “traumatized” by sensory experiences and masking during childhood, and that’s led to avoidance of almost everything. I don’t know if I believe her, but that’s the theory.

I know it’s not laziness since I’m one of the hardest working people according to multiple bosses I’ve had. It feels more like I’m just a generic animal when not forced to act human.

the normie morons in my house throw away food all the time because of the so-called expiration date, including non-perishables, they literally don't even know what those terms mean, or things like pasteurization, only that herpa derp the frozen meat is "sick" cuz it's been in the freezer a year

anyway, it's not that germs aren't real, you just aren't getting sick because the case of food germs is extremely overblown, the whole of idea of dying from yesterday's leftovers is just something made up by middle class white whores with too much time on their hands

there's a long history to this food germs stupidity you probably wouldn't know unless you're over 40
