You have to use your unformatted mind to create a formatted mind, the more divergent you are the harder it is for someone on the outside to help you navigate. I would NOT recommend using a standard therapist, I got lucky and found someone who let me explain this theory to them and was willing to do the hard work without interjecting too much and didn't scoff at the spiritual nature of the exercises. The former is inherited and you'll have to find a personal way to live with it and make it to your advantage, tho it won't be easy but also is pretty rewarding. The latter is just social media and screen induced and probably what the majority if todays autism actually is, well for that it's less screen and more social interactions even if you're bad at them, you'll have to learn what the kid version of you didn't have the time to learn. Of course it's not a binary things where one has just either one or the other, so there's also the challenge to figure out whats actually you (and because of that hard to change) and whats not you (pretty changeable)
