Seth Material is essential reading for anybody interested in the concept of "you create your reality".I think people tried to start a YCYR general here sometimes but it never really caught on. I should try to get that ball rolling again, a place to discuss such ideas would be nice. Seth, Abraham, Bashar, Elan, Elias, Ramtha, these are all channeled entities that discuss these same concepts.

Sometimes they might seem to contradict each other but deep down they are all teaching the same information but looking at it from different perspectives and different degrees of distortion. I would say that Abraham Hicks and Bashar use the most accessible language and are the best starting points for this type of info. Elias ( eliasweb.org / eliasforum.org ) is one I like a lot because he gets super specific about how everything works, but his terminology and phrasing can be difficult to follow at first and takes some getting used to. I actually had a session with him before Mary died and he "shows" himself to me every now and then.

I do seem to see a lot of stuff that seems more primitive from the past related to past lives though, then I do this new age infinite now 5th dimensional future they talk about. If anything, I encounter beings within these higher dimensional worlds, and they somehow seem almost less conscious in some way than I do about certain things, that I learned on earth. For instance, there really isn't any consequences for some beings in higher dimensional reality, and some beings were trying to get me to eat a drug that was basically cocaine sugar. I told them that my dad almost died of a heart attack due to cocaine, so I wasn't going to try it. They were like teenagers that got angry when I didn't do it with them, and one of them picked some of it up and try to force it into my energy body through my crown chakra, which was kind of fucked up. But to them in their energy bodies, I'm sure things like sickness and drug overdoses don't exist, so is that bad from their perspective? I've had my own drug experiences, and I've pretty much gotten over using drugs at this point, reality and spirituality sober is so much more rewarding to me at the moment, that I don't want to go back to that anymore.

Whether I can believe or not if I am honest with myself about what I heard passing overhead through the trees.. jumping from trunk to trunk at a distance of about two street lanes each jump.. making each tree sound like a wooden xylophone note as it landed then moments later the sound of rustling leaves as it made the next jump.. passing overhead at maybe 30 mph or faster just from jumping from tree to tree..Years later I realized that from the overhead view it is possible to see it was traveling towards the north west following the nature corridor.

Just like I know that many people ask him about politics and likewise I don't pay attention to whatever he says regarding that because it's a topic that I am wholly disinterested in. When it comes to Bashar or any other channeled entity I take from them what seems most useful to me. I understand that with Bashar being probably the most famous channeled being around today he is also going to be the sketchiest and the most likely one to fall in line with politically correct expectations, but that doesn't invalidate the things he says that do make sense and that do overlap with what all those other channels also say. Ultimately each person has to use their own discernment to judge the information being presented to them, and that is actually one of the most consistent teachings among all this YCYR content, to trust yourself and your own intuition.
