The path was already set long before we were born based on the movement of atoms trillions of years ago.That said shifts inside the circle do happens. Some bigger some smaller. The shift itself is more like wind on the water. You might not even be aware the wind is blowing and you don't see the waves immediately but eventually they reach you.2012 was one of those where you didn't notice then by 2020 we were getting battered by those waves.
