Approximately 2 months ago, was in a parking lot on a windy/stormy day and saw this object floating at a high altitude - we thought maybe it was a weather balloon, but this object moved against the strong wind seemingly effortlessly, spinning and launching higher up until it left line of sight, never to be seen again. This was the first time I saw something like this with my own eyes and I think it fits the definition of a UAP. The object has multiple lobes and was maybe 300 feet in the air.The only earth-based theory I have is that some government has this technology and either uses it for unknown probably military purposes or is using it to convince people aliens are real. This happened over a populated area in the northern US, so that fits the MO of trying to convince everyday people of their existence. Otherwise it has to come from somewhere else. I am fascinated by this encounter and am very glad I saw and got video of it. Very curious to see what people think of it
