I don't want to demean you. From the outside it looks like the divorce wasn't something that you caused, I wouldn't say that you have the opposite of Mida's touch. Do you have extended family? A relative that may help you and act as support network? A friend that you trust? There's too many spears pointing at you and you can't really deal with all of them at once, probably not alone even. If the environment is really draining your energy and you can't even look for a job properly anymore, that is probably the first to tackle.

Otherwise, if you can still hold on, a new job could give you some leverage to at least move out with a couple of people and rent something together, it's pretty common in big cities and pricey areas. Your situation is actually similar to mine more or less, so these are the things I'd try in your place. One could also consider studying of some kind, depends on where you are. In Europe, a lot of countries subsidize school dorms and have financial aid. Even if you don't plan on actually using the degrees or the subjects, themselves, it'll at least put you out of the bad environment you're in. At least it'll act as a temporary truce where you can be more or less alone and get up on your feet. I don't know how it's in the US or other places of the world, so I can't speak much on that :/

My father is going to stay the weekend and I just know my retarded fiancee is going to throw a hissy fit like he always does.
