i first heard of him when i bought one (and only one) of his books ~2001 or 2 or something. i picked it up, started reading, i'm like holy shit, this guy knows his stuff. news, current events, world history it's all here. so i get home and start tearing through this book, and when i get to chapter 4, there it is.shapeshifting reptilians from the fourth dimension.for years, i assumed it was a euphemism for jews, but no. there's old tv interviews from back in the 80s of him describing their craft, their method of gravity propulsion, all of it. he was on oprah when oprah was still daytime trash tv. sarah jessie raphael.on the one hand, it's too ridiculous to believe. on the other, the guy threw away his life as a sports star and commentator to do all that.so idk. whatever.it's either true or it isn't. in either case, i am wholly and intrinsically incapable of doing literally anything about it.

The thing with Icke is he's not really trying to sell you anything. He has books, sure. But it's not like he's raking in cash over those. I always felt like he hits a lot of truth, might not get it all right. He's so discredited it makes me think he's genuine. He's not like Alex Jones with a media company, supplements, side businesses etc. For the sake of argument, if Icke is controlled opposition, he's not very well utilized.
