There is nothing inherently wrong with not having sex, or not having a girlfriend. The problem is that incels tend to focus 100% of their attention on this perceived problem, hating women, hating themselves for not having a woman, feeling intense anger and sadness at not having sex, etc etc... This is a horrible way to live. There are two ways out. 1. You can be voluntarily celibate (a "volcel"). Realize that sex is ultimately a worthless, fleeting pleasure. Filling a hoe's hole won't fill the hole in your soul. I highly recommend the youtube channel "Beyond The Alchemy" for great information on overcoming lust. Realize that the sex drive is a powerful natural drive, and thus if you learn to control it you will have insane control over all parts of yourself. However, lust must not be repressed. Repression is why we have pedophile priests: they try to "fight the demons" of lust all day every day until they end up giving into it in insane ways. There is a trick to this. You need to accept the fact of lust, understand it's normal but know you don't have to give into it. You will discover this on your own. 2. Stop being a fucking loser and get to a point where you can have a girlfriend and have sex. But there is a paradox here...to do this effectively you MUST completely cut out porn, masturbation, all sexual thinking. Once you stop desiring it, you get it. And as you begin exercising, eating right, quitting weed, self-improving, you will find you don't even care that much about sex anymore. Again. Sex is worthless unless it is with a woman you will love forever. You are not missing out on anything by not having hook-ups in high school or whatever bullshit you're fantasizing about because of /r9k/. I say this as a sex-haver.
