Seems like a ridiculous question when you think about it. Heaven is simply a shared society, which would not be necessary post-death if you could create what you wanted. Honestly, the idea of being stuck in one place, one train of existence, and having a social order that enforces that seems like a dumb idea. Some days you might want heaven, other days you might want to explore other life or points in time. The "we are all gods" theory gives us a much more rich experience.
