What's the single worst placement a person can have?

Having cancer would be bad I suppose but looks like the promise of 69 I don't think it's great in the long run

Mars in the 7th or 4th house. Especially if the moon in conjunct. People think Saturn is spooky, but a badly placed Mars causes much more trouble in someone's personal life.
>>

in true sidereal my mars is aries and jupiter is leo but im a lazy fuck who never does anything so how does that work
>>
>>42842161
It doesn't work because sidereal is jeet bullshit. Your mars being in Taurus and Jupiter in Virgo (Jupiter does quite bad in earth signs and is also in detriment in Virgo) would explain the root of your "lazyness" which actually means you might just be too slow to act and has a tendency to tunnel vision yourself.

>What's the single worst placement a person can have?

The absolute peak of midwit astrology. You people treat natal charts like Pokeman cards: "oh no my Mars is in the 8th, I'm le cursed forever to die a br00tal deth."

A single placement means nothing. Zero. The chart is a closed system of interrelations. Dignity, dispositors, aspects, house rulers, sect, and the overall configuration determine outcome. A "difficult" Mars can be the exact engine that forges competence if he rest of the chart supports it. Calling one planet-house combo the "worst" is the intellectual equivalent of diagnosing a car by staring at one bolt.
And half of you are still using tropical, which is a seasonal calendar that has drifted nearly an entire sign from the actual sky. Sidereal at least tracks the real stellar backdrop instead of pretending the equinoxes are still where Hipparchus left them. You want "accuracy"? Start with the positions that actually exist overhead instead of a 24° fossilized approximation. The premise of this thread is already broken. There is no "worst placement." There are only poorly integrated charts and people too lazy to read past the first zoomzoom meme they saw on TikTok.

You're actually making the original point for me and what you listed is a network of tensions across multiple planets and those angles. That’s the actual chart and not one isolated “bad” spot. Hard aspects are common, soft ones too. Almost every chart has a mix like that. Nothing particularly rare or uniquely rough about it, It’s just how they play out in the grand scheme of things..

It's still Virgo in both systems, you absolute smoothbrain. Tropical 29°51' Virgo is anaretic Virgo, not Libra. Basic arithmetic.

And no, I won't suddenly start LARPing the "anaretic = super OP 100% BADASS 29 destiny degree" cope just because some tropical midwits decided the last degree is special. That is exactly the single-placement, degree-fetish thinking this entire thread is built on. Charts are systems. One isolated degree does not make or break anything, anaretic or otherwise. Pretending otherwise is how you end up ranking "worst placements".

The only relevant fact remains the same: your tropical map is systematically offset from the actual sky by ~24°. Whether the Sun sits at 29° or 5° of the seasonal Virgo is secondary to the fact that the seasonal Virgo no longer corresponds to the constellation. Sidereal corrects for precession. Tropical does not. Everything else is downstream of that.

You tried to activate a trap card and just revealed you cannot read a chart or do subtraction. Peak.

saturn square mars/sun is probably the worst thing you can have in the birth chart

The tropical sky is the actual sky.

Octans - there's not really any mythology or symbology associated with it since it's the southern hemisphere and only coined 300 years or so ago.
>>
>>42843865

Nice try. But you forgot one key part. The actual constellations are different sizes irl. You could fit like 5 cancer constellations into the virgo.. therefore the system you are using does NOT reflect the true sky. FRAUD

The tropical zodiac is defined by the equinoxes and solstices.

>>42843xxx
Both systems use equal 30° signs. That is a deliberate mathematical abstraction dating back to the Babylonians, not a claim that the constellations are equal. Virgo is large, Cancer is small, Scorpius is tiny, Ophiuchus sits on the ecliptic. This is true whether you measure from the equinox or from a fixed star. The unequal-size objection therefore applies to tropical and equal-sign sidereal equally. It does not uniquely disqualify one. The actual difference between the two systems is the reference frame: seasons versus the stellar backdrop. Sidereal keeps the frame aligned with the stars via ayanamsa. Tropical does not. That is the entire point under discussion, not the internal widths of the IAU boundaries.

>>42843956

Why? Sidereal is supposed to be about the true sky

Sidereal is not “completely arbitrary.” It is tied to the actual stellar backdrop. Those different ayanamsas are different zero-points for measuring that same backdrop. Tropical being locked to the seasons and has drifted nearly a full sign away from the constellations the signs were named after. One system still points at the sky and the other points at a calendar. Pretending the stellar positions no longer matter is just choosing to ignore the original frame of reference.

I say the worst placement for a person would most likely be in between your mom's legs.
>>
>>42846627
Let me explain this slowly so it sinks in.

When someone makes a claim (“sidereal is completely arbitrary”), the next logical step is to show the *why*. You don’t just repeat the claim louder and call the other person an ignoramus. That’s not an argument, that’s a tantrum. You never explained why measuring from the actual stellar backdrop is more arbitrary than freezing the frame at the equinoxes and letting the stars drift. You just stamped your foot and insulted the sentence structure.

I’m done with you. Take a debate class or something. You're not cut out for engagements like this.
>>
>>42843668
How do you account for the signs elements and modalities and their seasonal correspondence? That falls apart in sidereal and it's like one of few I'd not the major blockers tropicals have against it

>>
>>42848651
the seasonal correspondence is a tropical framing, not solid universal requirement. Elements and modalities are symbolic categories. Tropical maps them onto the seasons while sidereal maps them onto the stellar backdrop and the original constellation associations, one just relies on astrological facts, even if we step away from astrology. Both are interpretive choices. The fact that the seasonal story stops working in sidereal doesn’t automatically make the stellar frame invalid- it just means that particular justification belongs to the tropical system.

You’re right that it IS one of the cleaner objections tropical has. It doesn’t settle which reference frame is better, it just shows the two systems presented are doing different things with the same symbolic toolkit.

I'm by no means an expert, but I think having my Gemini Mars in the 9th House square with my 12th House Virgo Moon constitutes a big challenge in my chart. In everything there are influences one can leverage to offset this, but in my specific case I think my chart's lack of Fire and this tension is a nasty one for procrastination not finishing things. I seem to have an abundance of signs I can use for spiritual development and mysticism though, like my lovely Jupiter in Pisces.
