>Humans become so complex and united they eventually rewrite glucose, one of the main ingredients the brain uses for nourishment
>The modern man has finally been able to generate fully lab-made ingredients that the body can not digest

I feel extremely scared and unsettled about the future, what if the scientists eventually figure out 0 calorie food? What if this will lead us to being able to generate any food, any drink, and have it not enter our bloodstream... And yes, the pic is related, for it shows the spirit of humanity and how in the most unsettling way possible, they figured out how to change ingredients...

Not so crazy when you realize many substances are naturally biologically inert. Alumina is an example, along with metals like titanium. If you eat little pieces of this stuff you’ll just poop it out.
Another bio inert substance? Pure water! It mediates reactions and carries substances but generally doesn’t interact much in the body on its own.
We’ve just made things that are very pure and clean!

You're telling me I can eat an entire box of titanium cookies and never gain weight?

You're right about water being biologically inert... I mean, it is the first ingredient in zero sugar soda, so technically it is much easier to keep it as a 0 calorie substance just by adding lab stuff to it

water isnt biologically inert you retards
it splits ATP-derived compounds through hydrolysis, donates/accepts protons, etc.

I find extremely unsettling how awful they taste, you'll miss high fructose syrup. I only get the ones that can be fixed by adding cane sugar manually.
(was going to add picrel of Titan soda as an example, put this one by accident, I guess it's good enough)

This. Many reactions occur at water surface at a faster rate, for reasons yet unknown. Water is also a proton exchanger and takes place in hydroxylation reactions. It's far from fucking inert. Read a goddamn book instead of "spiritual" mumbo jumbo who just print out these books as if they couldn't confer the truth and evidence in a single book. It's just their way of making income, so they'll keep claiming progressively unreal shit as time goes on.

Water can be whatever you want, just program it. That's how I got my first girlfriend, I told the water that by drinking it it'd get me laid, and it did.

Yes it's truly terrifying

I am unsettled that this is considered an /x topic

Would you rather imbibe chemicals from a factory in China, or sugar from corn/sugarcane?
