bro you literally just go outdoors and stare at beauty until it changes you so much that you have breathing room to recognize that it's all within you, which makes it possible to perceive it in the first place. then you get enough sense of the 'extra' of life, the good that you may have never got enough of early on, to deal with your trauma and drama, the strength to see the purpose of it all and the value in every undesired aspect. find the place for all the shit, allow it to fall where it does and get washed away by the rains of time, the seasons. reconnecting with beauty and goodness takes years, but you get what you need along the way, you can start today and feel way better, go outside, start seeing yourself as a part of nature with inherent value just like a beautiful animal you admire, you are that, and more. once you find your own inherent value, you will attract it more around you, until you are surrounded by beautiful people mostly. and you gained so much strength and wisdom along the way its easier to deal with the shitty that remains.
