Hello. I have been fighting spirits attacking me for a while now and have been using servitors to kill them but my progress has been slow. Is there a more efficient method with energy work? Like can I just take some energy out of me and transmute it into a fireball to throw at them or is there a more efficient method than having to make servitors over and over again?

Im basically spending an hour each day just sitting down mass producing them out of my own energy. I can make about six an hour each day until my chest hurts because I'm using my Chakra energies so they have to heal over the day. I thought that there was some energy jujitsu where I could transmute energy into harmful energy and throw it at the spirits or have a more energy and time efficient way of killing them.
