Anyone else here awaken memories of living a life on Orion? Specifically living on a hyper-industrialized planet that made Coruscant from Star Wars look like an environmentalists wet dream?
Anyone remember being implanted with Cybernetics? Or having AI companions? Or fighting and dying in a war?
I hope I'm not the only one.

I had a past-life regression meditation once. I followed a meditation on youtube. I was a white american working class peasant worker in Panama in the early 1900s, like 1901. I had two kids in a little one room shack shaped like a storage container and they were miserable. I was too. The sun was shining and bright; the beach was wonderful and we had enough food, and they had education and schools. But no wife, not enough money. Beautiful weather. I think I was an alcoholic. Or at least somewhat disheveled, not shaven enough. But I had a good job in Panama in 1901.

Namefagging to maintain post continuity.
In my case, it wasn't a past life regression. Memories I assumed were just my overactive imagination were slowly filtering through until an emotional dam broke and I broke down crying out of nowhere in the middle of the day.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain..

It's winding up real good, isn't it.
Sounds like you have a mission.
See you on the field, soldier.
Hail Satan.

Please share your story.
What was the government system? How was food produced? How did the economy work?
>>
>>42880028
Food was imported from Agri-worlds ala Warhammer 40k.
Economy was mostly a service economy, with the services in question including military protection, hence my occupation and education. The few goods that were developed and sold were technology.
Government system...corporatocracy I guess? Imagine Night City from Cyberpunk 2077.
Speaking of Cyberpunk, ever notice how the upcoming sequel is named Cyberpunk: Orion? I don't think that's an accident.

You remember that? Oh. We’re gonna have to fix you.

Unfortunately you're a bit too late for that.

Nothing quite so relatable here. My memories are abstract to a point where I believe that it wasn't in this plane of existence. Form and being were less rigid, energetic if you will. The "world" was more condensed somehow, in that you could go anywhere you wanted to as long as you were willing to devote the time to doing so. Groups or social castes were somehow a thing. There were entities one didn't approach, as well as those that were approached with caution. There were dangerous places to travel as well. I've never really meditated on it much, admittedly, so maybe I'll have to do that in the future.

>on Orion?
Where would this be?

The Belt of Orion, specifically.

So glad you realized all on your own how stupid "I lived on Orion" is.
So now you are living on a sub-constellation of a few stars and a nebula all of which are many many light years from each other?

Yeah, this exact scenario happened to me when I was 14/15. I had a bunch of narratologically-sequential lucid dreams of this sort. What are the implications?
>>

Fine then, I remember I lived on a planet orbiting the star Bellatrix. Happy?
>>

A bit, but now I wonder why it took so much goading to get you say such.
Is it because you didnt know what you meant when saying Orion?
Or were you caught lying and now have gone and looked at which stars make up that constellation?
It really just sounds like you didnt do much prep for this larp.

OP didn't even witness my triple dubs? How impolite. I only wrote a short post to initiate a conversation in which we compare our experiences.
