Say what you want, but his origin story is interesting.He was a professional footballer and a well known sports pundit. He didn't need the fame, nor the money. Then he went bat shit crazy in the 90's, started wearing turquoise tracksuits and claiming he was the second coming of Christ and the royal family were interdimensional reptiles.It's pretty unique for a conspiracy nut to have been relatively successful and famous already. I can't think of any other examples of people that have firebombed their career and gone as far off the reservation as he had. Talk about a midlife crisis.
