>>42888359just a little bit late OPso lately I'm having lots of random dreams, sadly no new OOB experience
>>42888359did anyone have out of body experiences as a child? i had a few. the first one was pretty simple. it lasted a few seconds, but i do remember seeing myself from above in my room, but it was really dark so i couldn't see all that much. i was 4 or 5. the second time was the interesting one.i was a bit older, about 7, and i was standing in the corner of my room, clearly able to see my own body. i had taken a nap and accidently left my bedroom light on, so everything was very visible. it was as real as real life, in every single aspect. if i wasn't floating, i'd think everything was normal. i tried to move closer to myself, but i couldn't budge a single inch. i felt like an astronaut at zero gravity without anything to push himself with. eventually my vision got darker and i woke up. that was the last time i genuinely believe i had an oobe/ap/whatever you want to call it. i have tried to do it again on and off over the years, and i usually get to the vibrational stage without incident, but i never seem to be able to actually get out, i just sit there unable to move (though it can get really hard to tell if i'm actually moving or just imagining it) until i lose the moment and i wake up. what gives? do i lack the "energy" for it or something? been thinking about picking up tai chi or qigong just to see if it helps.
>>42888359i need to quit weed gummies so i can try doiing this again
