yesterday while I was asleep, for a brief moment I started feeling like I was levitating. I felt like my body was floating and I thought too myself "am I levitating?". As soon as I asked myself this question, I felt my body slowly coming into contact with the bed again. Did I actually levitate or was this just a hypnagogic hallucination?
>>42889063Probably astral projection.
>>42889093thats what I thought as well, interesting
>>42889063 You were levitating in your etheric body. Put in the effort, and you'll be able to travel at will.
>>42889159>Put in the effort,how?
>>42889163 Most people just throw Monroe books at you but here's my take. You had that experience because you had an excessive amount of energy and your etheric body got active for a short while. I've had similar ones myself so I get what you're talking about. Most people's energy is spent just keeping the physical body running so by the end of the day they're drained asf. Find a way to raise the energy you already have and you'll start getting more of these experiences. You're already doing some things right so keep at it.
>>42889093You don't feel like you're floating when astral projecting, you feel total paralysis and then a strong vibration, if you can maintain this state you can slowly lift yourself out of your body.
>>42889413 It varies. Some people experience many sensations during astral projection, whereas others feel nothing.
>>42889418 floating is one of the most common feelings during AP
>>42889418Not that anon, but I believe they just meant the end of one, and not that OP was lucid when it started.
>>42889063astral body tends to disengage and float a little above the physical body during sleep; it just turns out this time you were aware of it for a brief moment.
