Yesterday I broke my oath/vow not to masturbate ever again and I think I might have attracted some demonic entity

I have a small dog, when she is scared because there's a storm, for example, she hides behind me while she physically shakes

Yesterday was a calm day weather-wise, nothing that would scare her. That's precisely the problem because she hid behind me and started shaking for no reason while she looked in multiple different directions and started growling

It scared the shit out of me honestly, I know this is something that cannot be 100% proven but I did feel uneasy and I think there might be some demonic energy

What do you think I should do?
