Heres the 2 competing ideas1: Our [Creators/ancestors/gods] planted the seeds on this earth to give us the opportunity to grow. Like a farmer, they plant a large quantity of seeds then they wait for the seeds to grow.2: Its all part of the plan. Every life event, all the ups and downs, are all meticulously planned out and our souls all were given an explanation and consented to the plan. Every minute detail of your life and this world is calculated.I would say I am leaning towards option 1. I'm not discounting the possibility of option 2 being the case. I have a hard time picturing and omnipotent god that meticulously calculates everything. It makes more sense to me that the gods would just kinda go from planet to planet spreading seeds and hoping they grow. We are probably just 1 of many planets that our ancestors visited to create seeds.
