In other words, 10D would be the complete set of possible realities. 11D would be the meta-level that contains that whole set as a single object.

2D character sees one drawing.
3D person can hold the entire sheet.
10D contains every possible “drawing.”
11D would be like standing outside the entire library containing every possible drawing and being able to move between, alter, or compare the libraries themselves.
