What do you guys think about this theory? It's been proposed before, that time and space naturally develops holes or bridges, and allows things and people from one period of time to randomly wander into another period. You always hear those stories about people hiking in the American desert and they'll suddenly see a distant group of people dressed like conquistadors. Or those stories of people seeing a viking ship in the distance up in the Nordic countries. If it were real it'd also explain the accounts of living dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. They're not species that have somehow survived millions of years to the present day, they're beasts from millions of years ago who have wandered through a hole in time from their age into ours.
>>42926545I think it’s less about there being holes in time and more about “time” not operating in a truly linear fashion. If space-time is truly the fourth dimension, then the “hole” you propose would represent some kind of folding of said space-time. But other possibilities exist. For example, consciousness not operating how we think it does could explain it equally well. If consciousness is a process that forces the perception of linearity rather than linearity actually existing, we could occasionally encounter non-linear (relative to perceived time) experiences. I’m sure other models could also explain such phenomena.
Holes in time prove flat earth but most people aren't ready for that conversation.
>>42926545I've sometimes time traveled in lucid dreams. You can absolutely encounter dinosaurs in earth astral planes if you know how to look for them. I've seen all sorts, T-Rex's, Tricerotops, Massive turtles, long necked types, massive herds of small bird like dinosaurs. The easiest way is to look at trees and try to see what sorts of beings are really living on them. You shift your perception of birds and trace back their evolution to the dinosaur era and suddenly you are in primeval earth astral planes.I'd say it might be somewhat dangerous though, some of the dinos want to eat you. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have balls of steel, are ok with dying in dreams, or know how to wake yourself up immediately if shit goes south.

The most unexpected part about the past is all the unrestrained public sex. I wonder if all the book burning was to hide this fact, and if the chronovisor was outlawed because the past had to be censored.
>>42926562Ya it would be like two lumps of space time touching eachother to create an accidental portal between them as since space and time are oddly linked in a way we cant really understand, some time in the past and the present would be somehow linked together
Dinosaurs are fake
>>42930747In what way?
>>42926684Due to time then having to be linear in nature, so everything matter related has to follow that idea?
>>42930654Space and time are the same thing by different measurements
>>42926545The Earth is moving through the universe at incredible speeds, if time did fold back on itself to create holes the things that go through that hole would just end up in the void of space unless the holes are also somehow spacialy tied to the Earth.
>>42926545There are phantasms, powerful energetic imprints- especially in rarely visited places.Time itself is a curious thing. It might not even exist; all would be a dance of energy in the eternal now.
