I am not a furry, fandom gooner, and (as far as I can remember) I was never into anything dragon-related during my formative years.

Dream is short, feeling like it's over in 3-4 mins, and is basically the same every time. Goes like this:

>Be sitting at home or somewhere with similar energy, reading something

>All teeth except my molars start falling out, with the shock putting me on my hands and knees. Awareness becomes almost entirely focused on the teeth, sometimes there's a bystander watching in disbelief/horror.

> Teeth that fall out are replaced by giant dagger-like teeth.

>When the teeth are done, full awareness returns. The rest of my body has finished changing at this time. There's usually a mirror or reflective surface nearby where I can see myself, looks like your standard western depiction of a dragon like a bulkier and slightly more angular version of pic related, smooth glossy scales like a snake and colored either black, grey, chrome silver, dark green, or some combination of the above. This is the main detail that changes.

>Dream ends at this point, before I'm able to get a better look at myself or do anything at all really.

These started late spring of this year, happens usually every couple of weeks.

Is this just another instance of autistic brain worms, or is there a deeper meaning here? I'll admit that dragon superpowers or whatever would be sick, but fuck becoming a furry.

what color of a dragon are you?

that img appears to reference the diagrams of airplanes that flew over north sintenel island, and the red dots represent arrows. or diagrams of where warplanes get shot during world wars.

there's a theme of dragon tf popping up in various media, especially movies and fantasy tales.

it also appears that a particular color of dragon is used as a totem or sign of a club of people. who will remain unspecified.

It shows you crave authority, wealth, power, freedom and fear of others. Pretty much the same as everyone else but your brain associates dragons with those things. So you have dragon dreams.

Have you ever seen the rainbow effect on titanium? I'm kind of like that but on glass, but it's like a sheen effect that is suppressible. There are also black colors and what I would classify as clear colors. It's hard to describe.

The teeth thing is weird, could fall into ordinary teeth-falling out dreams symbolizing nervousness and needs for a resolution. But barring that, I sort of relate because I have had dragon dreams before too albeit less tooth-focus. Except every single time is related to also having a dream with a particular figure who seems to facilitate it, so curious if there is any entity or person or something in these dreams of yours that is a recurring figure. Anyways, if not a teeth-dream and no entities then I would suggest observing any energy currents you feel during the transformation to note since at the very least you seem to be noting your dreams every day anyways and draw a pattern. Otherwise, probably random dream stuff being random dream stuff.

This image was the only dragon-related thing I had on my phone when I decided to make this thread, that's all there is too it. It's a wizard posting meme about the damage patterns on bombers that survived during WW2, often used to demonstrate survivorship bias.

Not sure about the TF theme, can't think of any examples I've seen. The way my awareness of the TF is so limited makes me think it's besides the point, but I don't really know.

That's what I thought at first, but they keep happening so I'm not confident.

Any craving for power, authority, fear, 'ResPeK', are things that I actively introspect myself for and either de-program or limit to strictly utilitarian applications (ex, I let the craving for wealth loose when I am having trouble getting out of the bed in the morning). These are things that I've always seen as programmed into me as a result of being raised in human society, like a hairdoo or fit being associated with a particular culture, not as a part of my self.

Craving freedom absolutely - the narrowness and shortness of all paths available to me as a result of the constraints of the human form do not escape me, If die as the most successful human to ever live by traditional metrics and I'll still feel like a massive sucker/loser as a result of being unable to change these constraints. I've always seen this as more man VS nature rather than man VS man, other humans are subject to the same constraints and most if not all of their systems of control could be undermined if I was willing to make the right sacrifices in my life -even if extreme, still technically possible.

I am still questioning if my brain is making that association though - I've always been drawn to transhumanism as a result of these things, long before I even knew the word for it. I've had much more exposure to those ideas, consciously decided to read up on them, and it's not even close. Like comparing the size of a quarter to the size of the solar system.

bro why are dreams of teeth falling out so common? the explanation is usually something like "it means youre anxious about something" or whatever which makes zero sense. ive never heard of those dreams being extended with a dragon transformation subplot. apparently theres an (((israeli))) study which found that its tension in the jaw. which still makes no sense because why would they specifically be falling out? anyway i imagine youve just been enjoying some random dragon related paranormal content over the past few years, idk. its very individual to you so its hard to tell. but maybe youre able to hold your dream awareness for longer through whatever meditative practices you may be doing which lets you extend the classic "teeth falling out" dream that all people have. and maybe its secretly a dream about shapeshifting from blood memory. lol. and if you keep peeling back the layers you may learn even more by extending the dream further. teeth falling out does seem to be a shared dream experience either way.

I have no history with any of the cultures mentioned in the document, nor the regions they occupied, but it was a fascinating read regardless.

Those woo-woo online calander websites trying to sell me trinkets say I fit Akbal. Very funny with the associated colors: black is the most common color I am in the dreams, and my eyes always glow red (I did not mention this in the OP because I thought it sounds too silly). I am aware websites like this are designed so that some part of every answer could apply to anyone :)

I have no real history with the cultures mentioned either, yet Xolotl seems to have accepted me. I've had some powerfully paranormal experiences with him. I don't think ancestry really matters for this stuff, at least not for the god of freaks and outcasts. I've found the nagual book very interesting as well (wouldn't make sense to link it otherwise). I don't believe it's all superstition, I've had my own experiences with magical powers of a different sort and many people in Mexico today will testify that shape-shifting witches are real. I might not know how to do it myself right now, but I think shape-shifting is a power humans really can obtain.

If you scroll down to page 170 of this link, you'll find the account of the Shapeshifting duel between tribal chiefs only mentioned in the Nagualism book. A couple paragraphs above and below it have further accounts of witchcraft.

The site I use for the Aztec Astrology is https://www.azteccalendar.com/ . I don't really take the astrology too seriously, there aren't many near world ending events (i.e. nuclear close calls) when the world is thought to be threatened with destruction, but a bad fortune does seem to describe my fortune.
