what is the best astral projection method for someone who has trouble focusing and doesn't meditate regularly?should I just get gud at meditating and lucid dreaming first?
"the phase" methodhttps://archive.org/stream/APracticalGuidebookForLucidDreamingAndOutOfBodyTravel.ThePhasePart1ByMichaelRaduga/A%20Practical%20Guidebook%20for%20Lucid%20Dreaming%20and%20Out-of-Body%20Travel.%20The%20Phase_Part1_by_michael%20_raduga_djvu.txtI haven't succeeded with it yet myself because I fell into a rut and stopped caring, but it was starting to work in the couple weeks I was going at it. In fact I tried it again last week and got some AP symptoms. The hard part is remembering not to move at all when you wake up in the middle of the night, and go through the motions explained in the book.

>>42934727>what is the best astral projection method for someone who has trouble focusing and doesn't meditate regularly?Took me 4 gruelling months of getting there. I haven't done any big guides and I am completely self-taught, but my method is reliable for me and is especially good when you have problems falling into sleep paralysis since this bypasses that. It is though recommended by me to experiment a lot with internal energy, spinal chakras stimulation and Wim Hof's breathing before hand, it's healthy and doing fancy energy stuff. But the actual method of mine is:>get into maximum exhaustion state right before bed >close everything down and prepare to sleep >keep your eyes half open however, the point is forcing the engagement of eye vision stimuli keeping the mind conscious even when the body is going asleep and will close automatically >additionally if you're falling asleep, google right now "gyan mudra" and just do that handsign in bed. This is quite the unorthodox method considering normally everyone tells you NOT to do it exhausted, it has it's merits since I think exhaustion invites more astral parasites/demons, but those are honestly almost always present so you have to push through no matter what without giving them an inch of low-vibrancy frequencies (fear, doubt, guilt etc). But out of everything this is what allows me to OOBE reliably, actually gets me to hear a clang and afterwards I can lift up my astral self out of my physical body.
>>42934727Best AP method is Ithzak's method which is deep meditation. You guys are dreaming in sleep. You need to be meditating or else its just a dream. A lucid one but still a dream. AP is real awake looking around not related to sleep or dream.
>>42936503>>42936503So the body falls asleep, but the mind doesn't. That's why I don't take techniques that tell you to sleep too seriously. Let's take the Wake Back to Bed technique, for example. If I do that, I'll fall back asleep within seconds because my mind will be exhausted from having just woken up, so it won't work for me.For me, the real technique is something in between: the body asleep while the mind remains awake and the mind can't be sleepy
>>42936523>So the body falls asleep, but the mind doesn'tpretty much yeah
>>42934727What the fuck actually is Astral Projection??They usually call with that name a lot of things: bilocation, lucid dreaming, out-of-body expirience, clairvoyance, super-sensory cognition, to make a double, projection of the self etc.please somebody can make clear to me this squizoid thing?
>>42940218Astral projection is the projection of one’s consciousness, sometimes soul or other signifier, into a different realm of existence, often called the astral plane. Many of the posts in this thread refer to lucid dreaming techniques, knowingly or unknowingly. It’s debatable whether or not lucid dreaming is a form of astral projection, although it’s my personal opinion that it isn’t. Out of body experiences can be astral projection, but aren’t always. For example, remote viewing isn’t necessarily projecting the consciousness into the astral plane; it might simply be projecting the consciousness into our current plane. Many esoteric practitioners have convergently arrived at similar techniques so much of the literature is muddied. Even if one writes about a method of lucid dreaming, they may actually be employing astral projection and vice versa. Different schools will call things by different names and future practitioners will refer to these practices based on modern concepts.
>>42940218Its like this:-Dreams are when you project your ghost body into your own subconcious-Astral Projection is when you project your ghost body outside of your subconscious, into places like the collective conscious, or even higher realms like afterlife
>>42940218What is a dream?Man is a microcosm. You do not project, consciousness does not move it has no dimension. You shift awareness, hence the altered states that you need to reach via meditation or lucid dreams. Actually, you "project" every night.
