The very best you can do is focus on yourself and your immediate sphere of influence, recognizing that any given individual has a set of assumptions that its best for you to not take personally. You find people you can tolerate, if you feel outraged or whatever about how you were wronged or whats going on in the world, talk about it into an audio recorder or write about it in private instead of talking about it with people. That way you get to stop needing their agreement, you find lines along which you can overlap, might just be talking about the weather, might be working for them, or them working for you, but you get to be one of the civil ones whose easy to deal with, genuinely warm, and causes zero drama. Your action makes it easier for others to do the same, by energetic resonance in consciousness. Its all easier if you touch grass as much as possible and slow down with a breathing practice, even naps, etc.
