what is signal13e on youtube? stumbled on a live stream with absolutely no viewers. just distorted fisheye visuals, techno or trance music and apollo 11 voices , scrolling text about how 'imperfection is proof of life'...actually hypnotic but feels off, it feels like it’s trying to broadcast a message but idk if it’s a new arg or what. lowkey creepy... thoughts?

I read it as a body positive PLUR safe space thing.

honestly yeah thats the main reason i stayed watching. doesn't sound like modern stuff feels like late 90s or early 2000s, i tried shazam but couldnt find any result which makes this thing even more interrsting
