I just came back from work and found that my thread died without me replying to you guys. This thread is for my answers, in case the Anons are still around.

interesting, thanks. I know about the NH scriptures and yet never took the time to actually read them all, hence my lack of actual demiurge knowledge.

>The quote from the Gospel of Philipp clearly refers to common nouns, not proper nouns.
Don't know, I understand why a common noun isn't the thing it labels. A map isn't the territory, but a piece of paper with colors. It's still a representation of something we attach meaning to.
>To me this passage just reinforces how language is flawed and that we shouldn't get too hang up on words and what they mean in their common sense but try to understand their analogical meaning.
Agreed. Learn a different language and you'll notice that your thought patterns change and you start to think in this new language. Mystics like Rudolf Steiner or Neville Goddard said if you open up to higher consciousness you'll start to truly understand the meaning behind the words, as in, you'll absorb the intention by the author without distortion.

"Jesus" is a hidden name, "Christ" is a manifested name.
Ooh, interesting as well, gotta look this one up, never heard of hidden names in this context.

>Thus, I think the text clearly states that Jesus is the higher name, the one that is fixed and closer to the ineffable reality, so I wouldn't think that this would be a deceiving name.
Sounds plausible, it's a perspective I haven't known. Using PC gaming metaphors I could say here: Jesus is the player's name outside the game. Inside the game, the matrix of creation, he also used this name for his incarnation/embodiment. I've heard from channeled entities, that names in some areas of higher consciousness don't play a role at all, because language, as you said, is too flawed. They use telepathy instead and don't need names apparently.

Thanks, Isho and Isa are names I haven't really had on my radar. Also those screenshots remind me of this:
"Deuteronomy 32:8–9 may preserve an older worldview in which Elyon (“the Most High”) assigns the nations to different divine beings, while YHWH receives Israel as his allotted people. This can be read as distinguishing Elyon, the supreme deity, from YHWH, the god of Israel."

David does call his god the most high and yet, at times, it seems his god is just one among many that were weaker in power.

>not directly about that, but he called the O.T. god a "bad father", when saying that a good father knows not to give poisonous snakes to his hungry children
that example is not randomly picked, in the O.T., when Moses and his people were wandering in the desert and were fed up with manna from heaven and required proper meal, the O.T. god gave them poisonous snakes
I had no idea about the snakes, that's messed up. Apparently people were hungry and unhappy about YHWH.

>now regardless whether that is metaphorical or has a deeper meaning or not..
it does seem weird, it's also weird that YHWH tells Moses to make a bronze serpent and when people look at it they are healed. that makes me go hmmmmmmhmhh?

>furthermore, if you really dive deep, you will notice that YHWH is only one of the 70 give or take "gods", part of a pantheon, who came to earth. each nation was alotted one such "god", lets rather call them aliens, higher life forms, to take away all the jazz
the one responsible for the jews was YHWH and was a really unpleasant alien, which the jews continually resisted and tried to get away from, for good reason
yeah, that me reminds me of the Deuteronomy 32:8–9 part I posted above. like some kind of administrator for a certain region of earth.

>he was terrorizing them, cutting open the earth to make it swallow people alive, genociding others, etc.
people did not respect YHWH out of love, but out of fear, which is not true respect
I see, so loyalty out of fear. he did some fucked up shit for sure to people.

>God, the Allmighty, is not a person. none of the prophets were in direct contact with God the Allmighty, as that is an impossibility. any being that you come into contact to, can not be God. God transcends duality and is the All, other than God there is nothing, the illusion is that of multiplicity and absence of God.
Conceptually I think I understand that. the source is beyond the dualism, existing in an ineffable, non-dual, absolute unity. BUT I remember reading a book of some psychic guy, saying entities have to run their ideas and intentions for interacting with reality by the creator, even the evil one. Like "I'm gonna mess up a country with war and create a new kind of cancer, is that ok with you?". And the Admin/God can agree or disagree, whatever he deems worthwhile. Maybe that god in this story isn't the source but some entity within this dualistic nature of creation and emanations.

I've read a little bit but I'm not sure what to look out for.

From Wiki:

Jewish and Christian views:

The origins of Serapis has been the source of speculation by both Jewish and Christian philosophers in ancient times. Tertullian in early 3rd century AD believed that belief in Serapis was inspired by Patriarch Joseph who is traditionally believed to have acceded to the office of chief administrator of Egypt. The same opinion was echoed in the Talmud.

ok there's this pic of Serapis and he looks like our guy Yehoshua or am I retarded? (pic related). there are similarities, if that's what you were leading to. Also syncretism.

Still around! If you want to learn more about gnosticism you definitely need to read Nag Hammadi's codices. Although after reading them will make you feel like you know less than when you started since it's so remote from what is usually taught about gnosticism and how people try to frame it as a coherent system - not to mention that gnosis in general is way broader than the oriental sects from the first centuries that used those texts. Some of my personal favorites are Zostrianos, The Exegesis on the Soul, The Thunder Perfect Mind (this one especially needed to combat the dualistic allegations regarding NH) and The Acts of Peter and the Twelve Apostles - even though it's hard to choose.

Regarding your explanations, I'd just add that in my opinion, Christ, avatars and other "special" incarnated beings (or seemingly incarnated) operate on a supra-individual level, especially when we talk about their existence before/after walking earth. It is the same thing for angels and other such higher beings. It's really hard to grasp our head around that since we only know the individual point of view, but to be indiviudal or means having a limit and that limit is form. When you go to the informal level there can't be any individuality. I wouldn't just say that it's a collective either, language fails to describe it properly. All of that to say that I think we shouldn't picture higher planes as acting like the human realm, ie individuals "speaking" to each other, having names and fixed identities, making individual choices, having emotions or desires...

If you think of "Yahweh" as a title meaning "The One who is" (as in the Septuagint), then it's a title that would more properly belong to the Monad, the One, than to the Demiurge or any of the archons, though they might borrow it.

Also relevant: https://ogdoas.wordpress.com/2012/09/03/gnostics-and-the-old-testament/
>The Gnostics did not view the Old Testament as flawed and contradictory as many skeptics did (including Marcion). What the Gnostics did was discard the doctrine of monotheism, and they proceeded with the notion that different theological principles were speaking in the diverse texts

Ntayrt but be careful about psychics, most of them have very little if any metaphysicial foundations which means they base their whole worldview on what "psychic experiences" they've got, which means they can easily be swayed and manipulated by whatever demon, or in most cases spectral remains, interacted with them. Seeing God as a seperate being from anything that is manifested (and what isn't) woud limit what God is and if God is limited it can't be absolute, it would be antithetical. Thus there's no duality (and I'm not talking about unity but non-duality which are different things, one being more precise than the other). In a way nothing is done without God's will (again, not the same as our human will) but it is not as simple as boss giving orders to workers, this idea can only be somewhat true in a metaphorical sense.
>>
>>42943053
Also also relevant is that Gnostic sects could go very heavy on allegorical interpretation of the OT (as well as popular non-Jewish books in a similar manner).
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simonians
>The whole book is a mixture of Hellenism and Hebraism, in which the same method of allegory is applied to Homer and Hesiod as to Moses.
>There is a notable physiological interpretation of the Garden of Eden that evinces a certain amount of anatomical knowledge on the part of Simon or his followers. Here, Paradise is the womb, and the river going out of Eden is envisioned as the umbilical cord.
>The five books of Moses are made to represent the five senses:

Cool, thanks for sticking around. I just added the NH scriptures to my reading list.

>not to mention that gnosis in general is way broader than the oriental sects from the first centuries that used those texts
I bet, to truly understand it you have to experience it and even then words fail to show the full picture. I wrote down your favorites and check them out when I have more time, thanks for the info!

>Although after reading them will make you feel like you know less than when you started since it's so remote from what is usually taught about gnosticism and how people try to frame it as a coherent system
Looking forward to that. The image I have of it has been mostly shaped by /x/ and fragmented research, so I'm looking forward to getting out of this Dunning-Kruger level of understanding.

>Christ, avatars and other "special" incarnated beings (or seemingly incarnated) operate on a supra-individual level, especially when we talk about their existence before/after walking earth. It is the same thing for angels and other such higher beings.
Is it the same for angels as it is for Christ? I've read that Christ/Jesus had a foot in both worlds, which is depicted with the vesica pisces, balancing dimensions/realities while being present on earth. I haven't read anything about angels incarnating and stepping into 3D reality but having something like a collective-angel-archetype-group seems coherent, I've heard similar things about animals and plants, having a supra-individual level if that makes sense. Maybe I'm mixing up terms here.

>I wouldn't just say that it's a collective either, language fails to describe it properly.
Sure, for the sake of this conversation it does fit, though, in my opinion. It's like a terminology vector showing a direction of thought, not necessarily pinpointing the core meaning.

>All of that to say that I think we shouldn't picture higher planes as acting like the human realm, ie individuals "speaking" to each other, having names and fixed identities, making individual choices, having emotions or desires...
I've heard exactly that about the 4th dimension, basically the one before the 5th, the Astral plane. Where people get stuck after dying not being aware of being dead, living their lives exactly the way they did when alive. So in this sense I can picture a spectrum and the furhter you move away from our plane, limitations decrease to a point, where soul groups form bonds like the social-memory-complex in the RA channelings (regardless if they're a scam or not, but conceptually it made sense to me). Also, the Telepathy Tapes Podcast talks about nonverbal kids with autism, with a deep connection to the other side, where they meet on some astral "Hill", exchange knowledge and learn, being protected by benevolent higher entities. According to the kids they are individuated at this place and they exchange data via telepathy and other spiritual pathways. But higher up and maybe even completely outside this consctruct of the earth realm, who knows what's going on there. People with NDEs or advanced out of body experiences might know more.

Christ is not a name-it’s a title. It means christened or anointed.
Essentially, it’s the Messiah

You seem to be really curious which is a great thing to stay on the path. Do you follow any practice? Clearing the mind and letting the silence speak for itself will probably give you answers... as well as other questions. At some point reading or hearing other people speak about their experiences isn't enough and won't give you wisdom, but you might know that already.
>>
>>42943053
>What the Gnostics did was discard the doctrine of monotheism, and they proceeded with the notion that different theological principles were speaking in the diverse texts
This sounds like /x/, like Gnosticism is so broad in it's schools of thought, that various perspectives are shared collectively with the intention of finding truth. I can already feel how complex and varied the readings are going to be, it's like confusion knocking on my door, with a polite smile.

Sure, subjective perception of the "objective data-stream of reality" as Thomas Campbell calls it, is true for every individuated unit of consciousness, paraphrasing his words. I haven't heard about spectral remains, sounds like the hitchhiker-effect's residual energies. Are spectral remains of demons like some kind of imprint? The longer the demon "stays" the more it "colors" its surroundings, and when it moves on, it has left its mark?

>and I'm not talking about unity but non-duality which are different things
I'm not sure I know the difference, can't non-duality exist within unity?

>In a way nothing is done without God's will (again, not the same as our human will) but it is not as simple as boss giving orders to workers, this idea can only be somewhat true in a metaphorical sense.
In the example I wrote, every "unit of consciousness" (I'll use that term for now) has free will so a negative polarized entity that "walks its own path" still can't do whatever it wants without checking in with the creator, according to that story. So it's not about giving orders but allowing free will within limitations of influence. But to be fair, I don't know how "free" free will truly is and if there are strings attached that I can't see.

I'm all up for that. Wish I didn't have to work all day. Would love to study so much more about it but my time is rather short.
>>
>>42943378
Yes, my previous thread talked about that:
>Jesus Christ: Christ /Christos is a title – “anointed one” or in Hebrew “Messiah”. Jesus as name has its origin as Yehoshua / Jehoshua and Yesua / Jeschua, the Greeks translated it to Iesous and in Latin Iesus, later known as Jesus. The name Yehoshua translated means literally “YHWH saves” -> “Yahweh/Jehova saves”. Therefore: “Jesus Christ” = “Messiah Yahweh saves”.

Apparently YHWH is also title, or it can be a title? I'm not sure, what do you think about that?

>Do you follow any practice?
I tried for a bit but I'm having incredible trouble finding a tradition or method that works for me. I'm on a long journey of finding out how to step through the door I opened.

>Clearing the mind and letting the silence speak for itself will probably give you answers
Unfortunately I haven't had any true success with meditation, at least so far. It's like a far away friend on the other side of the world, I know he's there because I've met him, but I can't reach him.

>At some point reading or hearing other people speak about their experiences isn't enough and won't give you wisdom, but you might know that already.
So true. Like a real philosopher isn't someone contemplating all day but living what he preaches. I'm currently somewhat stuck with my spiritual practices so I tend to go back to collect more knowledge and data. But to be honest I love talking about these topics, because they feel real to me, they resonate and there's so much to learn, it's incredible and fun. It's the kind of fun I miss in my daily life. Thank you for your words, though. A reminder like that is always appreciated.

This would deserve an even more detailed answer but I'm already rambling a lot.

>spectral remains
Here I'm talking about what we usually call ghosts or classic paranormal phenomena like voices or poltergeists. Demons is a broader term, some people use it to talk about those ghostly things, but there are other types of entities that are more suited to be called demons. Occultists also call those spectral remains larva. They are the remains of the person on the psychic levels : in the same way that when your body dies, bones remain, on the psychic level there are things that dissolve and things that tend to stick around. These things don't have an essence, are not animated by a soul anymore, but since they come from a being they can ressemble one superficially - that is why psychics can pick up on things and feel like they're interacting with a dead person, but they're just the remains. Those remains tend to cling onto energy to survive and leech in a way.

>non-duality
It is way too long to explain clearly without causing confusion and it is really the one subject on which I wouldn't want to spread confusion upon. I'll say for now : unity exists as far as being goes, but there is "non-being" too, for example things that aren't manifested and are outside of possibility. These things are not excluded from God, they are part of it too, but they're not part of being/existence. There is both the metaphysical 1 (being) and the 0 (non-being, which is not "nothingness" by the way) so we talk about non-duality, since they are not exclusive or opposed but both part of God. To put it really simply "unity" would deprive us of half of reality. As far as we are concerned unity is somewhat sufficient since we are beings and cannot experience not-being, but if we try to understand metaphysical truth it is a much clearer term. On a lower level, it is useful to think about non-duality as our manifasted world emphasized apparent dualities and it is our task to go beyond that illusion and see that everything is equally part of God.

I encourage you to try to find a practice you can stick to. Even if it is just sitting in silence for 5 min everyday, it is already a step further. Meditation is hard when you try to achieve something with it. When you realize it is just about sitting there and being, letting go off expectations instead of trying to make something happen it gets easier... kinda. Let's frame it as : I will try to explore what simply being is. Like when you're a child, curious with a clean slate. Usually, "simply being" is not much, it is a really subtle state. We don't kundalini-awakening third-eye-opening astral project everytime, and thankfully so.

>>42943664
Thanks for the info. So it's very different from what I thought. How would you differentiate between spectral remains and the real thing in an encounter? Also if those remains can leech onto others, that's wild, like rogue energies on a parasite spree.
>>
>>42943692
Thanks for the explanation, unfortunately I'm already confused even though you simplified it so well for me. It seems your understanding of unity is excluding parts of reality and thereby making it dualistic in my eyes. Unity is the infinite all, encompassing everything that is and isn't, everything that ever was, will be and will not be, every reality, every existence, so in a sense solipsism but with infinite potential and possibilities and variations and probabilities etc. At least that's how I currently understand it and it probably goes against some teachings about unity. I mean, the word is unity, that tells me it's the unit of everything no matter if it's manifested or probable. What about a system that has three fundamental aspects to it's basic reality rule set? In this sense we have triadism instead of duality, so that would also be non-dualism no? Non-dualism means it's not dual, but it doesn't tell you what it is. Maybe I'm blind to the deeper meanings here and lack your perspective, you even said it's hard to break down because the topic is so extensive. I'll have to read up the definitions.
>>
>>42943692
Noetic insight might be the best way for true understanding, I agree, but all in time. It's nit something I have access to currently, or rather, I haven't understood being yet.

Jesus knows about the space elephants.
>>
Jesus is a homunculus made by a traitor servant of the true goddess
The servant's name always starts with Ma
Maria
Mariam
Malika
Etc
Any name that sounds like Ma...
Even Michael since it is pronounced as Maikhal
The jews colluded with ma. She led them to do whatever they wanted and she would make a homunculus with a (fake) pure soul then they would recruit the homunculus into their rank
Act like he is their spiritual leader
Key word: act
Call him teacher, codename for living sacrifice
And then pin everything on him in front of a judgeless and prosecutor-less court where laws have no chance of investigating deeper into things
Why? Why is the court empty
Why was this even allowed once
Because a lesser god proclaimed himself to be on par with the one true goddess so she let him and the souls that followed him to rot in thousands of years of hell on this planet
Now the kikes are trying to do the same thing
Anons who lurk, it is this "nobody" psyop
They promise a church/temple built for this figure
Mock him calling him a teacher
Tell him his name will be remembered like jesus
Homunculus jesus is gone
And there will be no other
Court is restored
The kikes have no one to blame for their sins
No one will step into that role
Because servant Ma was not only assimilated 32 years ago into the body of the true agent of the goddess but she was also subdued
No one will save the kikes
They're already dying btw
4chan can celebrate now
