The tactics used for V2K content are taken from Chinese and North Korean brain washing and psychological warfare.The energy devices which consist of masers and high energy RF are used for physiological depletion.A maser requires solid metal to deflect, but RF energy can be absorbed by grounded faraday materials.The sound devices used include those capable of producing infrasound that target 4-7hz and 15-20hz.Perpetrators will target directly below a person or near walls with infrasound if they can.This is the device that effects organs and feels like a downward pressure on the chest and body.It is difficult to block, because it vibrates the structure around you.This will eventually lead to lethargy, brain fog, and restlessness over time.There are also sound devices used for midair haptics and acoustic beam forming, which is often used to annoy or confuse a person.This is often used as a backup to convince the person something hasn't been blocked when it actually has.The V2K is setup like an endless confession loop with ideological saturation.It is meant to rewrite narratives of the person's past and diminish critical analysis.The V2K content is meant to demoralize a person and drive them to mental breakdown or for them to give up and follow orders.This will lead a person to do things that land them in a psychiatric hospital or prison. Do not listen to it.The mind reading is accomplished using several common magician tricks that draws on collected data. Think pattern of life databases.A common V2K mind reading tactic is to play audio at a level that the brain will register but cannot be heard clearly and follow it with a voice that restates it.This is to make a person believe that their mind is being read, which may convince the person to engage with the confession loop or to follow orders.The V2K appears to use something like bone conduction, which requires in ear monitors with a PNC or ANC headset to drown out.

There was a police detective, Kyle P. Rector, that was arrested in Bonner Springs, KS in JanuaryHe was using the law enforcement databases to keep track of his ex wife and other targets.I have heard there is a stalker group that operates in Olathe, KS who may have been connected to this.Apparently they target people in the area, even those who are parents with kids.The kids become the target of the same devices and tactics.If these groups have connections to law enforcement it seems it includes detectives even.Though, based on that story, it was illegal surveillance on the targets.These systems can keep track of your behaviors and know everywhere you go.It is valuable information for perpetrators who do these things.
