How do I get over the trauma of the past 18 months with long covid dysautonomia? Had several seemingly life threatening emergencies that have left me a bit scarred. Doctors have been sympathetic but completely unable to help. I try to do normal things as much as possible, but graded exposure has completely stopped working. Trying to generate positive feelings through escapism sometimes helps temporarily, as does simply not thinking about any of it, but nonetheless it continues to rear its ugly head because virtually everything including just being awake is terrifying. The physical side has massively improved but the ability to trust that my body won't suddenly try to torture itself again has been completely severed.

I mean this like the most aggressive end of it, but the spectrum of what I like is very huge and deep and comprehensive, in every genre. I just would spend good money to go to these kinds of shows.. as much as I'd spend money to go see like, Chaka Khan or an orchestra for instance. I'm seeing Ice-T and E40 next week, Egyptian Lover next month too. I can blend in anywhere classy though, I like to be very feminine.

I hate readings like these but I have to read them as i see them.

Right off the bat ill have to preface by saying that he doesnt dislike you, if anything there is a level of

This kinda feels like you rejected him at some point? At a concious level they have a really positive opinion of you, they think you two share a lot in common so there is a lot to like.about you, they also think off you as a friend, even if they dont feel it at the moment. Speaking of, at an emotional level they feel some distance, it seems with 7oPrx that there were a number of mistakes in your relationship, enough to put him off, like "we tried this already and it didn't work" type of thing, that or your relationship has advanced at such a snail pace that it just seemed impractical. Maybe you gave them the silent treatment or ghosted and that certainly affected their feelings and interest in you.

You can still fix the siruation, clearly, but i am doubtful that they will show initiative without you leading the way.
