i had really nice SATS session last night, even this morning i was in a semi-hypnagogic state but kind of messed it up (but not badly). i'm such a stubborn old fool and i need to work on that in order to do SATS more properly.
>>
Reminder that it's all about internal change.
Any method that won't let you go from anxious to completely calm today won't be able to cause the necessary transformation of self that results in external changes.
Practice your skills with purely internal goals first to get instant feedback but be willing to switch methods if nothing is happening.
>>

How is me thinking thoughts a "method"? What is a state of being if not a thought that has been repeated for so long that it becomes almost invisible?

ARTHOES ARE GETTING IN THE SWING OF THINGS

None of this shit is real guys. You'll be fooled by your reticular activating system, high probability events and low IQ women into believing it it is. But go ahead and try to manifest $1 Billion dollars or being able to shoot fireballs (depending on how extreme of an interpretation of LoA you have) and you'll find out real soon it's a waste of time. You will delay progress towards your goals because you don't take action, and a few months or years from now you'll look back with regret at not having done shit to get what you want. This is a cope for the lazy, desperate or emotionally weak. There are better ways to deal with your emotions, get out of bad situations and get what you want. Until you take action nothing is going to change for you. The right type of action in the required amounts. That is the real secret.
>>
>>42974991
I thought the same for some time but tried to manifest less probable desires and it works sometimes which is weird i stick with this belief system because it brings me more results than Christianity or witchcraft and rituals .
Some of the things that I manifested that have no explanation.
Went from using glasses to an almost 20/20 vision in my last eye exam,i was allergic to cats and I decided i was not anymore so it went away i had 2 cats since then no allergic reactions. Also impossible to get but somehow I got nudes from a woman that was not in my contacts somehow.
All of this i can't explain but I don't question it i just enjoy living in the end

I know some people have different levels of hypnosis potential. So what causes that, and is there any way to get it higher? I'm not sure if it's just spiritual sensitivity, or if just being dumb might actually help you here. I did read an anon say that just affecting a blank mind with no will to resist helps with affirmations before -- maybe some of us are too resistant to outside influences and need to become retarded to have the easy success that some women seem to get.

>>42973570

I really wish this were real.

I want my chronic illness to be completely cured, and I want to enjoy a perfect physical condition and body.

I want to have my way with the 10/10 top model tier women I occasionally see on social media as much as I want.

I want to take an unimaginably horrific level of revenge on everyone who ever treated me badly.

I want to become a billionaire and enjoy material wealth to the fullest for the rest of my life, without any labor or hardship.

All of this would probably be difficult unless some kind of supernatural things are actually existed in this world.
So I truly, desperately wish these ideas were real, so that every single one of my desires would come true.

have you ever wondered why is it specifically dreams that create reality? why you have to close your eyes and give yourself in to do it? because that is something you do when you let something in. whenever i get visions i also feel the presence of someone else i don't know, he looks upon me and expects me to do something but i'm always too stubborn to do it right. do you think our dreams (and thus our manifestations) come from within us or do they come from someone else?

>Prove that my delusional beliefs aren't real

I came here to warn those who might still have some semblance of sanity not to go down the rabbit hole. Proving this isn't real is very simply. Manifest $1 Billion dollars and send every anon here $100k via crypto or something. You will not, because you can't manifest, because it is not real. And I already know all the copes in your arsenal

>I don't want to
>I don't need to
>Only works on my reality
>Can't manifest for others
>Only works under X condition
>Why would I do that?
>You still haven't disproved me

If manifestation were real, anybody here could manifest a fortune, give it away, then do it again. If something is real you don't need to get defensive and throw insults like a woman shifting the burden of proof from your lunatic claims on to the normal people saying you are demented and what you claim doesn't even work how you say it does. You would just do this simple test to prove you are correct. It would take all of 5 minutes to do so. But instead, you will continue to deflect and attack because you know you have no grounds to stand on, like the dumb and emotional women that you very evidently follow for this crap. The examples others have cited as success are still things that happen at random, it's a joke at best. NONE of you will ever manifest anything that is demonstrably impossible. You will not wake up tomorrow the CEO and majority stakeholder of a trillion dollar company, completely out of thin air. You are like the indians you use an insult. Those people are extremely prone to magical thinking and total stupidity in their beliefs. Loa communities are infested with them. Continue coping, you low IQ bitch

Personally I tried, forgot about it, then I had to climb a ladder one or two weeks later although I haven't had to for many years and didn't have to since then. But nothing else I tried to manifest ever worked... By the way, I don't want to admit that these didn't work, I want to tell myself "Yes they did!" until they do indeed, but still.

Hi, update on the revenge I manifested on 3 coworkers:

>one is gone after resigning
>second one has a foot rotting or something so she's been removed from the office to work remotely, i haven't heard of her in weeks now except from my manager complaining that she couldn't do her job
>third one has extended his sick leave and says he's being bullied at work, he's burning out just like I manifested he would

Have a good weekend, happy manifesting.

For me the idea of the ladder was too simple and i already had been in ladders at work or sometimes helping around the house i was an electrician for some time.
So I tried to manifest eating a fruit i never tasted just for kicks I imagined slicing it and biting into it I didn't knew the taste just imagined eating it it was a dragon fruit.
Of course I've seen pictures but never bought one or even saw one at my local supermarket so it was ideal and improbable it will be a perfect test.
1 month passes i only did that visualization stuff for like a week or so and it was sometimes then I get back to my usual shenanigans. I saw one at the supermarket i thought it would be cheating if I bought one so I walked home then at dinner mom visit led and she brought some fruit and in those fruits there was a dragonfruit. It was really as they say you don't need to move a finger the fruit landed on my table and I ate it.
How can you not believe this was manifested

i read neville
i read transurfing
i watched lots of manifestation vids and stuff
it took alot , i mean alot, of effort but i manifested some trite things like a tennis ball and a strawberry cheesecake
it seemed really effortful and not fun
id rather be watching tv than trying to meditate
meditating actually really pisses me off, it is boring and not fun. i occasionaly do it spontaneously when i feel really euphoric but never to “try to feel better” or “get something”

someone posted brian withers on here and everything he says is correct and did align with everything i feel is correct
i experienced the loss of a loved one recently and while i cherish their memory and often think happily about our time together, i didnt get sad or traumatized or broken up over it

i also have become materially succesful to an extent that is totally out of scope of what my previous thoughts had me thinking was possible for me previously

all the angst i felt before regarding life stuff is gone and my relationships are really good now, everything is easy and i do fun thing all the time

i experience euphoria regularly , where it feels amazing to just lie around and feel my body. i know what heroin feels like and this is better because there is no comedown or withdrawals and it occurs frequently

i have zero hangups about women now and dont think about stupid things

so this all started working well for me as soon as i stopped trying to get stuff

i have also spontaneously experienced a healing of health without reliance on supplements or deugs

p.s. i normally dont post helpful stuff on this website because of how many hateful people are here. the reason i post this post is because there is no way to be hateful and high vibration. it’s just not possible, the universe doesnt work like tyat. so the idea that this may help hateful people be more hateful isnt valid because any hateful person applying these principles cant remain hateful.
>>
>>42980185
this worked for me with a strawberry cheesecake, my aunt literally brought one to my door like 1.5 weeks after i began trying to manifest it

but like i said for me relying on manifestation via effort is too much work . am i expected to actively manifest every part of my life by visualizing everything? it seems not fun to do that. so thats why i choose high vibration living
>>

Why wouldn't it be? Just because you didn't use a method preached by Neville doesn't make it any less valid. Don't get me wrong, his teachings definitely have their merits but they aren't the be-all end-all and it's unfortunate that /loa/ is obsessed with him to the extent that any other manifestation methods are met with contempt or seen as "wrong". It would be nice to see other methods and teaching being discussed as many work just as well or even better depending on the person but ultimately the results are what matter, not the method.
>>
>>42993439
Amazing. How did it start? Did you learn?

Something weird happened this morning.
See, one of the few things that I try to manifest is being less tall, because I always hated feeling like a giraffe among normal people. And when I lay down on my bed, I have to be exactly centered or else my head or my feet will touch a border because I am only a few centimeters shorter than the bed, I am often upset about this.

So, this morning while still in bed, I felt my head touching the border of my bed, I was feeling it very clearly. Nothing unusual. But I thought "Weird, a moment ago my head was not touching the bed and I did not move at all" and it stopped, my head was not touching the bed anymore. I even moved, tilted my head, and I was away from the border. Ok, weird... Minutes later, it happened again, I felt very clearly the border of my bed, it was there against my head, I was sure, then I thought "It doesn't make sense" and I was away from it again without moving at all. Freaking weird.
When I got up, I thought maybe I was half sleeping, but it really did not feel like a half dream, it was very clear.
What happened??

Actually, something similar happened over a year ago, I was on my bicycle and for a moment my legs had to be fully stretched when the pedals were down, as if I was clearly shorter. Minutes later it was reversed, even when the pedals were down my legs were still folded, if I stretched my legs I would touch the ground, as if I was now even taller.

And yesterday during the afternoon it felt like I was seeing things from a slightly lower point of view than usual, as if I was shorter.

If it's manifesting at work, why does it keep changing?

Caught in between states. Not a bad place to be. One barrier I see is that it’s a mental barrier in what Gurdjieff called “identification”. The long-short is that you probably enjoy 95% of being tall, but you want to exist where the inconveniences don’t exist. Why don’t you manifest a bigger bed?

>>
>>42997941
the answer probably lies in the dream realm, so start keeping a dream journal: each time you wake up write down everything about the dream you just saw, even if you can't remember anything simply write "i can't remember what i saw last night" because it still shows desire to remember your dreams.

be careful though, you may get attacked while doing this. i had very unpleasant thoughts beamed into my head and a bunch of ad breaks in the dream realm when i attempted it.

nta but one thing that helped me was just inverting those conditions and what that may mean. It takes a bit of effort and creativity with your imagination. Hi anons, recently I was able to kinda get the things that I want but not fully.

Kinda like going to Barbados second class instead of first or whatever.

>Wanted a 6 fig remote job, got the job, but I'd be a contractor for 3 months at a lower salary before going full time for the amount of money I visualized.

>Wanted to get back together with my SP after a year of no contact, but the relationship isn't where I want it to be yet.

So I kinda get like 70% of what I want and I'm grateful for that but why settle for less than the full thing?

My technique is just to spam visualizations until I get tired of it and then I let it unfold. I crash out a bunch in between but still treat the outcome as an unavoidable fact.

Is there something else I should be doing?

Pretty common. Some people hit home runs right away. Some people (myself included) tend to want to have a sort of belief progression. It’s as if your psychic censor says “Well maybe we’ll try believing this but only assuming 70% of it will work.”
But once you’ve had the experience once or twice you start to think “Ok, how far can we push it?”
I think that’s why Goddard recommended the ladder experiment. There’s very low stakes so your belief regulator says “Yeah sure, I guess there’s no harm in running this test” and when it happens it goes “Huh, well that’s neat.”
You absolutely can get 100% hits, even on things that seem crazy, but some of us take the scenic route to that point.
Somewhat related, after I realized this stuff works, I spent almost a full year doing nothing but examining my own psyche to try to understand what it was that I really truly desired. In a weird way, knowing it works kind of made me realize my life was always already awesome so I mostly only asked for little things every once in a while to test it and maintain my belief.
That said, I’m now leaning back towards pushing the limits, but not out of desperation, out of curiosity.
>>
>>43005838
>before going full time for the amount of money I visualized.
Sounds like 100% to me. Sometimes it takes a while before you get fully what you manifested. The bridge of incidents works at its own pace.

>but the relationship isn't where I want it to be yet.
>yet
You are already seeing movement in the direction of your manifestation. Stay patient and calm in the knowledge that you already have what you previously wished for.

>Is there something else I should be doing?
Just persist. You had undeniable successes already, sometimes things just take time.
>>
>focus briefly on what I want
>my brain snaps back and focuses really hard on the things I don't want
How the fuck do you stop this?
>>
>>43009353
Conscious awareness is required to keep your mind in check. At first it can feel exhausting and frustrating but it gets easier with time. The key is not to battle with your mind but calmly smile at it and let it throw a tantrum. Daily meditation practice helps achieving this.

Yea I kinda noticed that when whatever visualizations materialize I kinda tend to undermine and cope that I "got lucky" or something.

Like I'm trying to disprove the fact that I got the thing that I wanted through visualizing. I think it's maybe because it's kinda scary? I bet it will go away the more I do it.

What were you able to manifest when pushing the limits? 90% of manifestation talk is about health, money or relationships so it's interesting where you go after you have it all sorted.

>>43009178
Thank you, that's very encouraging! Yea it's mainly impatience on my part, need to feel a bit more grateful for what I already have, but still persist.

Ha, I’m no wizard but I appreciate the vote of confidence. That said, I’ll outline my experience below.
>>43009643
Sure thing. Several small things, primarily as tests. One of the first little ones that started to turn the tides of my belief was a piece of chocolate. It was effectively my ladder test. The next day a friend offered me a piece of chocolate, unprompted. Though this was somewhat convincing, the plausibility of it was less compelling than I’d hoped, so I manifested a cookie (figuring it was similar in terms of mundanity.) This time I received it from a stranger; I have not encountered her since. I recall laughing to myself while I ate the cookie and thinking to myself “Wow, ok maybe this really is something.”
Then I tested a twenty dollar bill, and found one in a parking lot on my way to buy an energy drink from a gas station. While buying it I had the audacity to think “Ha, if you really want to impress me, you’ll bring the sum back up to twenty after I spend this” whereupon I made my way back towards my car, discovering a five dollar bill in the parking lot. To be clear there was no other car present, and no sign of anyone. That was a very strange drive, as I had “voiced” the request mostly joking but had gotten a “hit” nevertheless.
Around this time I started to be a little more ambitious. Over the years I’ve obtained through manifestation or other occult means, right when they were needed the most, a car on three separate occasions for either very cheap or nothing at all: one for free, one via a trade in services equating to about 8 hours of labor, and one for a fraction of its value.
I’ve also manifested a computer (the pathway through which it arrived was again very mundane.) At this point I wanted to test what I perceived as the most difficult thing to manifest, namely money.

I set the goal at a five figure windfall which harmed none, because a friend of mine had noted his greatest boost in a feeling of financial security was at about 5 figures. About three months later the windfall occurred. My reaction at that time was to become a little more serious about the practice, as I realized with a combination of excitement and concern that there didn’t appear to be a limit.
I had been investigating a host of different ideas surrounding this and other similar practices, as I imagine most anons on this board are doing. Around that time I began to understand a few concepts better by listening to Goddard’s books multiple times. The idea that “creation is finished” is very powerful. Equally powerful is the notion that this reality is very accommodating, so things work even if you’re not perfect. I’m convinced taking the pressure off led to improved success. In the third section I’ll outline my personal disposition which I believe accounted for much of the previous successes. Again. I’m no guru so take it with a grain of salt.
My next big manifestation attempt was kind of a doozy because it was an overhaul of my day to day life. I requested a career which offered financial stability (despite the fact that my profession is very much one of “feasts and famines”) as well as the time and space to train my body and mind. Though it felt like a tall order, I was emboldened by a list of successes which I’d kept from the beginning.
A few months later it arrived. My day consists of about 4 to 6 hours of actual “work” and the extra time I have is spent training myself as I had imagined. The benefits to my body and mind have been the greatest gifts in all of my endeavors. Nowadays I ask for very little, and assume in general that things will be good, and that even my struggles will be meaningful and useful. Obviously this belief has value regardless of supernatural implications.

As for the philosophy/disposition, I make the following assumptions: first, harsh times motivate us to find solutions. If you’re here you’ve likely suffered quite a bit. This drives us to discover. I don’t want to marginalize people’s problems, but for me at least it led to the motivation to discover this stuff, and as such was worth it.
Secondly, reality cooperates if you try. You don’t have to be perfect, and even silly methods seem to work. The biggest key send to be to relax. This can be tough, especially if you’re in tough times. That said, here’s the mentality that worked for me:
I’m not sure if I heard it somewhere or if it was my own thought, but I try to think of these things like ordering from a restaurant. Would you stress out asking a waitress for bacon and eggs at a diner? No, you’d just ask. But you would ask in the language the waitress speaks. The subconscious seems to be fluent in feeling, proficient in sensory suggestion, and occasionally able to get enough to go off of spoken word (though this seems to be much less reliable.)
Anyway, you put the order in and off the waitress goes to get it. At that point do you sit there worrying if your meal will show up? No, you just chat with your buddies, enjoy yourself, live life. Then at some point OT comes the meal and you go “Oh great! Thank you.”
This thinking has a few benefits. It reduces pressure so you aren’t stressing about doing it right. It allows you to keep yourself focused on and enjoying your regular life. And it allows you to think of things as already done. The moment your order is in, it’s already done from your point of view. What the cook does isn’t your problem, don’t go back into the kitchen and bother the cook, just know the cook will do what cooks do best.
Anyway, that’s the short version. I must say again, I’m not a guru, but if my experiences are helpful to other anons, I’m happy for it.

Oh, one more thing. Since you asked I’ll share some of the post self examination stuff, where things get a little weird. In brief I’ve
> healed from minor injuries much quicker than I thought possible - my lifestyle is demanding and minor injuries are common, so this is something I regularly observe
> tend to come across relevant books/information at the moment they’re needed
> experience luck as a matter of course, especially regarding little things
The strangest thing I ever got was experiential. I play a sport which requires excellent reaction time. I requested (via LOA practices) to experience the supreme state of reflexes/reaction time. It delivered. This falls into a strange category as there are no material results and the competition had zero stakes (just a friendly league.) That said, the experience was quite compelling and led to a perfect game. Strangest thing I’ve ever experienced, and difficult to explain. I found myself always in the position I needed to be in to succeed without thought, effort, or even awareness. I was just always already reacting exactly on time. I have not requested the experience again since I’d generally rather just do my best and experience my sport for the fun of it but…yeah, that’s one of those things I don’t share with people because it would just sound crazy.
In general I’ve been happy with relationships and friendships even prior to my attempts at this stuff, so I’ve never attempted that, really.
After all that, I am very cautious about what I choose, presently I’m manifesting a house with a few specific qualities for a very low price. Upon success I will report it. The greatest boon is this: I now perceive success in this and other venture which I sincerely pursue effectively guaranteed.
>>
>>43010337
And you just visualize getting it while in sats then consider that "the order is in" ?
>>
>>43010493
Yes, that’s really all there is to it. I lay down, relax, and imagine a scene that implies the wish fulfilled. Then I let go and allow myself to feel how that moment feels (usually gratitude.)
I don’t “try” or have any effort at all, I simply trust and allow whatever it is that’s guiding the process - call it God, the subconscious, the all, 4D consciousness, your higher self, whatever you’d like - to guide the experience. Then I just enjoy it, watching it unfold. If doubt pipes up I just think “Well of course that’s part of it, no big deal. I’m just enjoying the imagining of the scene anyway; God is smart enough to tell it’s only a fleeting little doubt” and that’s it. After some duration of time I feel like “Ok cool that’s enough of that” and return to regular life.
At that point if I start to think “well where is it?” or “what’s taking so long?” that’s when the “ordering at a restaurant” part is most useful. I just think “Well the cook is just making sure to prepare it with love and care” and return to living life without worrying about it.

I notice that two camps seem to form in these circles. Some of you focus on several things at once like something financially, something physical, etc. Others state they only focus on one thing at a time.

Does it "disrupt" your time or how things may unfold necessarily if you focus on different things in visualization, SATS or affirmations? For example, if a relationship goal is your greatest desire, do you find it better to focus on that alone? I think this works and plan to stick with one thing I truly want at a time for now just for simplicity.

Last night, I was going to sleep on a call with my boyfriend. I like to troll him and to imagine stupid scenarios. My boyfriend participates in a group chat for his work (for a few years now) and I told him: "What would happen if you just started to spam gay porn in the chat and if confronted you'd tell your boss not that you were hacked, but that you just wanted to. Would they fire you?"

Anyway, I found it hilarious and we both went to bed.

This morning he tells me that a few hours later he woke up at night to pee and when he looked at the chat, another person in the chat started to spam GAY PORN at 4 AM. This has never happened before in the several years of that chats existence. It's a serious place, it's not for porn or goofs. The person has been blocked so far and we don't know if they got hacked, but they are in trouble as far as their work and reputation goes. I've seen the screenshots and later deleted messages in the chat on his phone when he screenshared.

I usually don't care but on two occasions I vaguely wished for girls to pay more attention to me while I was in meditation, and the result was quite funny.
The first time, the following day an unknown ~50yo woman started talking to me about something thugs had set on fire, then she went on, she really seemed to be hitting on me while she was old enough to be my mother... A few days later, same thing with another ~50yo woman...
I accidentally manifested cougars. '-_-
The second times, many unknown girls started to say hello and smile at me, but they all were middle-schoolers... And you know, that smile teenagers have when they fantasies on an older boy. Ok I look young for an adult but not that young, it was weird. At first I thought they were mocking me, or maybe there was a youtuber or something that looked like me and they were mistaking me for him. It lasted a few weeks then it stopped.
I accidentally manifested being loli-anon 2.0. '-_-
I did not try a third time yet, I may attract guys.
I'm upset though because nothing I really wished ever manifested, this worked while I only vaguely wished for it and the result was not what I wanted.

I’ve attempted both ways throughout my life. Both seem to work. Whatever the mechanism is behind all of this seems to be hyper capable, and I have never outpaced its capacity to “juggle” requests. Speed reading is what you need. My eyes always jump around when reading long text, and it’s only natural to look for the meaning in nonfiction texts rather than get bogged down in every grammatical device
>excluding legalese

For concentration, there’s no better than binaural beats (which trigger brain wave states for concentration and slowing ADHD brain). I would avoid things like Gateway or Tom Campbell’s Binaural Beats, as those are more meant for meditation like LoA, astral projecting, et al.

What you’ll notice is that your brain will focus on absorbing information more readily as you’re in a state of hypnosis. Binaural beats also block out distractions. Typically, I set mine at slow bass frequency like 40hz and a beat of 1 - 2hz.

It’s a little bit of NLP, but a phrase like “despite injuries, my arm is doing remarkably well.”

This works psychosomatically, too. If you have bad back pain or carpal tunnel or something, simply reassign the injury as being in the past and your new arm is healed better than ever, it short circuits negative thought loops through embedded commands. Self-talk is one such modality; you can also use affirmations or whatever to reinforce the new timeline.

When you try to revise something, how do you know if it worked, you can't just go and check by yourself, do you? I feel like checking by yourself will make it fail.

See, a nice little nature spot where I used to often go was destroyed to build a parking lot... I try to revise this.
Many times while feeling out of my body in meditation (that's what I do instead of sats) I visualized my mother telling me that they didn't destroy it in the end, the big abandoned area next to it was enough, then being there and seeing that it's still there, touching a tree to be sure that it's real, being happy and relieved.

I did it so many times that I now feel that it's there. It is there. I decided that it's still there and I won't accept "no" as an answer from the universe, fuck it, I decide.

But I must wait for someone to tell me about it, I can't go and check by myself, I'm sure that if I do it will fail, it will be reversed to its destroyed version. But I've been waiting for weeks and nobody tells me.
Every time I come cross my mother I'm disappointed that she doesn't tell me.

I feel like I should not even ask here either because it will make it fail too, but I need help, I am often about to give up lately. You know that feeling, giving up and being sad is easier than fighting, and waiting without knowing is worse than having a bad news. It's hard to hold on. And it's not easy to avoid going near it.
What should I do?

>Revision doesn’t change the event.
No matter what Neville said, some anons claimed to have revised events, like the death of a pet or an injury.
Personally I never did it for sure, things seemed to have changed but some improbable explanations existed. However this time if it works it would be a proof that revision is real, because there can't be a logical explanation for a nature spot with trees to come back after being totally destroyed. This makes this one much more important to me, which is not a good thing.

>>43023734
>If you're waiting for signs from the 3D then that means you haven't truly convinced yourself yet.
Maybe. The way I see it, it's like in a state of superposition until I either check or someone confirms it to me. If someone confirms, it collapses to the revised state and stays like that, but if I check by myself, it collapses back to the non-revised state. I'm not sure why I believe it works like this, it's like a very strong intuition.

>>43023744
>What is the actual mechanics behind this?
I don't think anybody knows for sure. To me "creation is finished" means that all possible versions are already written and you can't alter them but instead you can choose which one you experience like tuning to another radio station. So LOA doesn't alter reality, instead it makes you slide to the reality where your wish is about to happen. Revision is almost the same except that it makes you slide to a reality that is still almost identical to yours except that a particular recent event didn't happen.
>>
>>43024702
>No matter what Neville said, some anons claimed to have revised events, like the death of a pet or an injury.

Yes and every day we have anons here say they are the anti-christ, a real vampire or a woman (despite having a cock) so maybe start using your head and don't accept people just writing shit without offering ANY PROOF whatsoever.

I feel like in these threads there are always only beginners like me and trolls. The only replies we get are always: "No you can't do that lol, just give up lol".
If you take out the trolls, all that's left is questions, never answers, or at best "Maybe try this, I don't know, I never manifested anything.".
It feels like a school where there is no teacher, there are only pupils asking questions and nobody able to give real answers.

This shit is real guys. Have you ever thought of someone, mentioned a song, talked about a topic, or a mix of any of these things, only to have it pop up in some way later in the day? You talk about a friend, and you see them a couple of hours later unprompted; you think about a song out of nowhere you haven't listened to in years, only to have it pop up randomly on your YT front page, Spotify, Apple Music, radio, etc, etc, etc. It's effortless right? All this is, is weaponizing that synchronicity. There is discipline to this, as much as you don't want to hear that. The best way to prove this to yourself is being mindful of your thoughts throughout the day and what occurs. You will be surprised, but after that? It's your choice to take this novelty to the next step.
>>
How do I get good at visualizing in first person. This might sound a little weird but I've always felt a bit detached from both reality and myself even as a kid, so I always tended to imagine myself in third person (despite not really knowing what I even look like in third person) but LOA seems to operate on first person. Does this really matter all that much if I can still evoke the same feelings in third person as I would be able to in first? Will it still fuck me even with my conscious awareness that the person I am seeing represents me?

I'm not sure how it works. It remains a mystery to me.

Either it's when you are not really trying or in my case it was because I was in a really "euphoric" state (I was giggling my ass off and rolling around on the bed, while imagining it) so maybe that? No clue.

Prayer IS LoA
Doesn't matter if you're praying to some external omnipotent entity, the mechanism underneath is the same.
>>
Prayer exists in the same realm as LOA and can actually be more effective in some cases. the trick; however, is to THANK God for the things most people waste time asking for. You simply ensure that your requests are in line with God's plan for you and then you pray, thanking him for what you want while genuinely and completely trusting that as the creator of the universe who exists outside of time, he has already given you those thing, you just haven't gotten to that part of the story yet.

Do you know the significance of sticking out one's tongue? I never really thought about it, but a lot of celebs take pics like that. Closing one eye while doing it can be a bit dubious though; it could be a suggestive/sexual thing, or it could possibly have a deeper meaning.

Something I know from working in the industry (for a short time) is that photographers generally dictate how their subject poses. Photographers know what their bosses want—the magazines, news outlets, etc whom they work for—and so they have a bunch of go-to poses that they use because they know that's what gets the public's attention. Rarely does the person being photographed ever do their own thing.

Anyways...

In ancient times it seems like sticking out your tongue was a taunt to cut it off; sort of like the ancient version of "come at me bro!"

The Law of Attraction is an idea brought into the mainstream by Rhonda Byrne. She wrote the bestselling self-help book "The Secret" published in 2006. It was also a movie. Both the book and the film sold millions of copies, but were cringe.

The concept of "The Secret" is exactly what you're describing—minus a few esoteric aspects.

The LoA boils down to obtaining anything you want by thinking about it a lot, mediating on it, and having the "right intentions."

The LoA essentially deletes free will. If you can cause a series of events to happen where fortune favors you greatly, then hypothetically you're influencing the actions of others—which sounds to me like you're hijacking their free will.

>>Imagination creates Reality
We observe our world and collectively agree upon what is real—and that is our reality. For example, we know the sun rises and sets in 24-hour cycles which change with the seasons. You cannot simply imagine there will be no sunset and manifest a sunny night. The same goes for things like gravity and time. People cannot simply stop these things with their minds.

>>Thinking Fourth-Dimensionally (time is an illusion)
These are mutually exclusive concepts. Furthermore, how can one think four dimensionally outside of simply imagining a tesseract—or being inside of one? Our entire world is in fact three-dimensional, thus our brains can't conceive of a fourth-dimensional world.

Time is not an illusion. The reason why time feels slower when we're young is because we're constantly exposed to new experiences and ideas. Psychedelic drugs act similarly. Time slows when we take stuff like psilocybin because our brains are being bombarded with new information via our primary five senses. Conversely, time only seems faster as we age because we do the same things routinely and consistently day-to-day.

I'd like to hear more about LoA from anyone who can articulate a good argument for it. I'm not a rage-baiter, just a hard skeptic.
>>
>>43041584
>We observe our world and collectively agree upon what is real—and that is our reality.
I've been wondering for a while, if manifesting things that are radically life changing if not reality altering is impossible because you would be a lone soul trying to manifest against the collective beliefs of pretty much everyone else alive. The more the rest of humanity believes something to be impossible, the more impossible it will be, because they believe it, and their collective belief has a far greater cosmic weight than your lone defiance of it. I assume this is also why schizos tend to have nothing to show for their eccentricities despite their ironclad belief that they are right.

You're absolutely correct about what you said—and you put it eloquently—but the sociopolitical issue of crowd mentality, beliefs, and blind traditional thinking isn't what I meant by "collectively." I am referring to the scientific method and you're thinking of crowd mentality. Putting aside those who hijack the word "science" for evil, you certainly sound intelligent enough to know what I mean about the scientific method.

Here's what I mean:
We observe the same things and therefore we can make certain bold and safe assumptions about what is and what is not around us based on observable phenomena. One is about belief, and the other about collecting, reporting, and comparing data.

You and I are standing on a hill, and we're joking about how people believe in airplanes. We've never seen an airplane before. Another anon walks up on our hill, and he says, "I just saw an airplane flying over there beyond the other hill!"
Because never seen an airplane, we're skeptical, so we go and see for ourselves. Anon explains to us what a plane is, and we observe the plane flying. In the coming days and weeks, we observe more planes; we go to a landing strip and see one up close, and we learn more about how they work. Now we've learned that airplanes are real.

What's just as old (and just as sturdy an argument) is that we can more or less figure out what is real and what the absolutes are in our reality by relying on each other's collection and reporting of data. For roughly the last 120 years, we've had increasingly better and better technology that's allowed us to see and experience what is and isn't possible. Furthermore, in the West, we have about 400-500 years of human history in which we've built upon what is and isn't—general rules of reality, what is possible, what is not, and what is totally out of our grasp.

Manifesting something tangible from one's thoughts has been tried since the dawn of time.
>>
I can sum up everything I've said here in this one sentence:

The issue with the LoA is that there's zero proof of any kind that it truly works.

Claims of people getting rich, finding their soulmate, getting their dream job, and all manner of great things that've happened to practitioners of the LoA cannot stand up to the simple scrutiny that these are nothing more than lucky coincidences.
...but hear me out...

Our minds possess immense power. An excellent example is how people with severe anxiety disorders regularly make themselves physically ill—cardiac, pulmonary, and gastrointestinal issues are common—and these symptoms are very real. Every year, a few of these people give themselves actual heart attacks.

In the LoA parlance, such things are "manifestations" but this power does not extend to tangible things manifesting—and we can use anxiety disorders as an example

People with gephyrophobia have an intense fear crossing big bridges. For some it is all they think about while they drive. They believe that if they drive over a bridge that it will break, and they'll fall to the water in their car. Hundreds of thousands of people struggle with this phobia. A major part of their therapy is termed "exposure therapy" where they're tasked with crossing a bridge. This likely takes place daily across the US.

»»»Therefore, if the LoA is indeed real, why haven't these people manifested a bridge collapse?

The same can be said for many other people who constantly dwell on tragic things happening, yet they never do. Based on the LoA, this should produce a resulting disaster quite frequently, but it doesn't.

Final Note:
I love the paranormal and novel ideas about the mind and reality.

>>43042440
Thanks anon. That's a nice collection of counter-arguments. I didn't realize how big this LoA thing had gotten. Like I mentioned, it used to be attached to the book and movie "The Secret" and called the Law of Attraction; same basic concept, new paint-job.

I've played around with it. Usually, it happens more times than not if it's a passing thought than it is intentional. It's a small thing, but it's fun to play around with and try to master. I've played around to getting specific songs on my playlists play in order while they're on shuffle, had some RNG wins on turn based games, etc. Hell, I even got one of my coworkers to walk across the street almost daily to spot me a coffee a while back.
Now this is different from sitting and visualizing, right, but the common denominator is the fact that you don't linger on it. Which, in our current society where people are used to instant gratification, is difficult. It's definitely something to be disciplined.

But heres the problem. There is no "LOA Cult".

If you're not an egregious massive fag, you won't,
>Fall for coaches
>Create negative loops
>Writhe in your misery
>Complain about manifesting whilst also believing in it

I've seen people get thrown into negative spirals, pay for coaches and that's honestly the worst of it, WHICH YOU CAN AVOID BY NOT BEING A RETARD.

Neville himself never asked you to sell your bonds, to throw yourself overboard. None of this requires you to pay a price in the world of caeser.

I rarely interact or get to talk about LOA, this thread is mostly trolls and BS, and irl i never talk about it, I used to discuss it with my ex but even then, we refrained from too heavy of a discussion lest it strain actual practice.

Every negative thing I see about LOA is mostly retards who got burned and couldnt persist, and got salty about it to the point they type up all of this big bullshit. Just dont be a retard

I had this happen twice; one was an airdrop of about $12k and the other was $10k in a lottery win. I felt like everything was the end and there was no hope. I've also had the new computer one where I was manifesting a new one and at the point it felt done my current computer broke, my family just happened to have the exact one I wanted so I got that for free. I still don't know the process for this though I just sort of relax, imagine my life and then sometimes it happens and other times not. By the same token, I have also manifested my whole life falling apart and being hospitalized but that was more of a fear seeping through than a manifestation.
I haven't gotten anything I truly wanted out of it though.

It's all self-programming, no chaos magickian, Thelemite, Goetite, or any other practice follower can shoot fireballs or conjure truckloads of money. Don’t worry about that. It’s just a momentum thing. It’s kind of like if you’ve been dribbling a ball (feeding negative thoughts) and then suddenly stop, the ball might still bounce a few times, or you might even accidentally tap it lightly, but if you intend to stop pouring energy into it the ball will eventually drop bouncing and you’ll succeed.
So, ya know, address challenges that pop up in life but don’t feed them with extra stress and whatnot; simply by noticing that and turning that intensity down a bit means you’ll ultimately gain a lot of control over that momentum.
Sometimes a body holds stress a little longer than the mind, no big deal. What you’re experiencing is normal and you’ll ultimately get a handle on it.
You got this, anon.

First, there is often a distinct difference between applying conscious confidence during the process and fully embodying the passive identity of someone who already has the outcome. You can feel completely confident during an interview, perform flawlessly, and logically assume you got it, but if there is an underlying core belief that good opportunities fall through at the last minute or that you have to chase success, the 3D reality will reflect that deeper baseline self-concept rather than your surface-level optimism.

Second, the 3D physical world is considered a delayed reflection, a shadow of past assumptions, while the bridge of incidents unfolds. An automated rejection email or a "no" in the present moment is frequently just a temporary plot point, not the final destination. Reacting to the email as a absolute failure accepts the rejection as your final state, whereas recognizing that reality often restructures itself through unexpected twists, like the hired candidate backing out or a better role opening up immediately, allows the original assumption to still solidify into fact.

I don't believe in the law of attraction, but I think I probably do believe in chaos magick. it's literally just practice. your best bet is starting small if it's too daunting. 5 min meditation daily. if even that is too much then you don't want it enough right now
>>
>>43057205
chaos magick and loa are the same thing. so is prayer. all are techniques that get you in the feeling of "having it" before it's here
>>
>>43057454
I've moved waaaay beyond five minute meditations my friend, I'm not that new! But I still have problems feeling too jittery sometimes, like I just tried laying down and the urge to move my arms got unbearable despite some modest success mentally affirming I was feeling calm. Literally no one is more mentally handicapped with this kind of thing than me, but I'm still doing better and trying.

I'd really like arthoefag to start using a tripcode so i can auto hide his posts like i do with the other attention whoring losers.

Anyway I've spent so long travelling the world looking for the beautiful French wife i've been trying to summon into being that I'm now getting book deals asking me to write about my adventures. Maybe she'll see them idk. That 1% chance something might work out and I'll find her is the only thing keeping me from killing myself.

try supplementing magnesium. you mentioned drinking which that depletes your magnesium (most people are deficient as is). low magnesium is linked to anxiety like symptoms

Do body awareness meditation ,look at your hands and at your environment at the same time, feel your body first then everything else in your environment
Spend less time looking at screens and things that distract you from this awareness

Because you need a genuine desire for what you manifest and you have to believe and feel as though you already have it. most people don't genuinely want to fly and if they do they find it's less resistance to do so in lucid dreaming / astral states. I'm not sure if CAN'T is the right word I've never met anyone who has been able to manifest activities outside the established laws of physics.

This doesn't allow you to cast fireball at the gym pissing you off in traffic, but it can allow you to find peace, success, happiness, new cars, new houses, a wife, and choose the sex of children before they're conceived, just to list a few that I've been able to make happen.

Interesting, I started robotically affirming "I live with my perfect woman" and had a dream about me piping my hot ex-stepsister in my studio. Robotic affirming is the way, it just takes longer to work and you also can't be doing it nonstop coming from a place of desperation or lack but frequently enough to the point where its changing your thoughts and putting it in the wish fulfilled
>>
>>43061407
A belief is just a habitual though

What I always feared about LoA was that it really is just a self help method to help people help themselves get better, and not a method to metaphysically beat impossible odds.
>>
>>43064450
These generals exist for years and not one single person has manifested immense wealth (easy to prove: pictures out of their mansion or next to their lambo or lottery win) or turned themselves into a beautiful man or woman. So considering that...

But then again, sometimes things happen that are so fucking bizarre that just prove to me the world is more mysterious than it seems.
>>
>>43063593

I meant "don't manifest yourself" in the sense of "don't drive yourself to initiating her end".

Within the context of LoA, who is the "real" me? Like who has the more legitimate desires? Should I be focusing on ego death so I can be my "true" self and want what "I" want, or should I be reining in my subconscious to be in line with my waking will?

I'm tired of being a man of contradictions, I just want to identify who is supposed to be running this show so I can hand over full control to that side of myself.
>>
>>43064889
do ego death people even want anything i thought they become some hivemind soup of non desires
>>
>>43064894
The more I think about it, the more I see the appeal of simply being rid of all desires. We wouldn't need to try so hard with esoteric thought exercises if we didn't want things so badly that we'd turn to them for help.

>>
>>43065184
>oh you’ve been working out for 6 months? Post your Mr Olympia physique
Not an argument. Also Dolly Parton, Jim Carrey, and even fucking Donald Trump have all used LoA (the latter being more like Kabbalah but that’s where LoA is derived from) and got exactly what you’re asking for. Out of those DT was the only one born into wealth and he’s literally the fucking president, for the second time.
>>
>>43064543
I was born into a decently wealthy family and most successful people do practice LoA and have no idea they're doing it. daydreaming about making more money or going on lavish vacations or having a beautiful wife while believing that it's possible for you to do so is like 80-90% of the way there.

You're visiting a Mongolian throat singing forum for social rejects and surprised that most people have trouble truly believing they're worthy of success and wealth?
>>
How do i manifest not feeling anxious anymore and get a better life than the current one????
>>
>tfw i'm a hardcore philosophical materialist and atheist
>tfw i have had spookily good results with the LoA, to the extent that I legitimately don't know how to rationally explain them beyond "absurd, borderline supernatural levels of coincidence"

i don't know how to reconcile these two things. i feel like abandoning my entire philosophical worldview because of anecdotal evidence is low IQ behavior, but in this case the anecdotal evidence is overwhelming.
>>
>>43065724
Find the root of your anxiety and assume otherwise. Also a lot of anxiety stems from worrying about dying some day. I’d recommend Gateway Tapes for proof that you’re more than your physical body. Really you don’t even need them you can just read the Bible and use Neville as a commentary on what you read in it
>>
>>43065852
Anon anecdotal evidence is everything. You’re either living a life that you read from someone else or you’re living YOUR life. I used to be the same way. I gave up all my book knowledge except Nietzsche, the Eternal Recurrence lines up with how you should be treating LoA anyway.

Loa, at least the way I practice and those I talk to about practice it is about attracting things you want into your life, not just financial success

I have been consistently negative in my life and whiny (I'm a woman) and I have received the most incredible, loyal, kind, deeply romantic non-coomer soulmate husband who also pays all my bills. I'm a giga doomer and have a lot of neurotic thoughts, always did. I didn't even believe in this kind of love nor did I think it's possible, he literally appeared in my life many years ago and blew my mind.

I have female friends who are positive, out-going, put their best foot forward and only dealt with fuck boys, coomers, feminine men who don't pay bills and don't eat pussy.

We can do mental gymnastics now that I just did "LOA about uhh thinking that I can be negative and get what I want" but again I did not FATHOM that a love like this could even be possible, it did not exist in my mind, I never saw it nor had rolemodels for it. If people want to be positive and practice LOA to make progress in their life sure go ahead, but all the people who claim it's 100% real trust me bro guys and have nothing to show for are clowns.
>>
>>43067362
And again for anyone who didn't read this thoroughly and says "um this is just what happens to women in general!" ALL the women in my life growing up had bum-husbands, weird boyfriends who cheated or don't work or at best it was like okay. My life is 100% not the norm.
>>
>>43067362
>>43067365
and again for anyone who didn't read my post thoroughly

LOA IS NOT THE ONLY PATH TO SUCCESS. SOME PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO BE SUCCESSFUL BY CHANCE OR SKILL

congrats on your husband but unless you used loa to get him (which you don't mention) I'm not really sure how any of that is relevant
>>
>>43067418
How can it be a LAW if it doesn't consistently work? If it fails for millions, maybe billions?

How do you even know it works at all? That is my point, we have people in this general for years who practice this with their whole heart and not a single person has gained any massive success with proof. Just imagine if people had a "supplement general" talking about how this pill can make anything come true but even after 4+ years the regulars just still live normal lives. And sometimes they manifest a woman farting at them, a ladder or some extra money. So basically the same stuff that happens to everyone else too?

> I'm not really sure how any of that is relevant
LOA being an universal law can't be true, given my example. I am a negative, whiny bitch (who always assumed life had nothing for me) and lead an easier, more pleasant life than most people I know.
