When the westfold felt.
I was cowboy camping on top of a mount overlooking the bay and a fog rolled up from the water and surrounded me. It was past midnight pitch black surrounded in that thick fog when, after trying to fall asleep for the past 4 hours I heard a human PSSST behind me from my left side. Instantly stood up with my wits about but all I could see were tall reeds covered in fog all around me. Didn't sleep at all that night and left at the earliest light.It also didn't help that there was frequent rustling in the tall grass around me, like a coyote or lynx was walking around. But the PSSST was what got me.Anyway the next time I went cowboy camping went much better, it was the same day I walked into a mountain lion den.

Kind of recent, been practicing honing in on that state between awake and sleep when you're half-dreaming to just play around in it more, also with the assumption that I'd be getting into some dream fights since that had been happening a lot and I had been doing good. Managed to appear in some kind of subway/metro car and across from my seat was this weird chimp man with these insanely spooky extra-predatory glowing yellow eyes. He made eye contact me for a second and then I was jolted awake in fear. I got really angry at myself and spent the rest of the night trying to will myself back to the metro car but I couldn't do it and haven't seen him, but I swear to god it's not over between me and him, I'll get him.
