Why do we have to be tricked/manipulated into reincarnating? How did we get trapped here?
>>
>>42980919
>your parents had sex
Never happened. I opened up the multiverse channel changer and came here.
>>
Instead of asking questions, why not just chase the rabbit and see where this all goes?
>>
>>42980888

1. Because humans very rarely ascend to a stable, trustworthy state of growth that itself, is stable.

2. To protect humans from culling, everyone is reincarnated when needed. You ascend, you enjoy that life, but you eventually will fall, because nobody is perfect. The fall itself isn't the decider. It's both how much it affects others more than yourself, and how understanding you are of the mistake.

Because you reached that point, you aren't reborn as a wakeless, ignorant person. You gain insight and it's different for everyone, although eventually less is more, and you may just be born knowing you just need to live, figure yourself out.

3. Believe what you want. Any combination. But, if you say, believe worshiping Satan is the way because you want to be a little insufferable "demon", you fall into the trap of whatever religion does care about you. Hell and Heaven work under the same goals, two states one purpose. Hell is not forever, and there doesn't need to be pain, it's good people playing bad roles executed with good intentions and cohesion.

Believe hell is forever? Believe God is against you? They'll play that role until you wake up and go "I won't do this, this isn't what I want, I deserve (x) and you get a white knight to pick you up, and take you away to a better place, the same fucking place but with new backing.

The soul within the Gods aren't always forever, they fall as we do, and they cycle through life as we do, but eventually like them, you won't need to, and it'll be a matter of "OH I SEE WHAT I DID" and you are just trusted, and no matter how hard you fall, even if you are put back to a life here, like every other life you've lived, it's under the same identity. If you don't think you have, believe it will be. Be the keys to your own success.

Freewill wins, but freewill doesn't mean you get to skip the line and get trust and power over others who are building themselves up for that.

Live your best, hurt the least.
>>
>how
I want the answer to this more than anyone else because all the reasons ever offered are just bullshit that don't apply to me. Muh evolution? Having a "mission"? Experience? Fucking world-building? Laughable. I'm not a hylic or some spiritual youngster suffering delusions of grandeur or imagining this piece of shit world is meaningful in any way; I've literally hated it since I was born and everything in it people call worthwhile, and only dreamed of going away, and I'm not the only one. Someone like me simply doesn't CHOOSE to incarnate, so it makes no sense. How did I get stuck here with these idiots.

Don't even talk to me about "karma" or "the higher self." They're so laughably stupid it's an insult to everyone's intelligence.
>>
>>42981032
I have a theory that they show you a happy scene from your life and you decide to experience that, not realising (or caring) at the time about all the shit that has to come with it. Maybe the suffering is in the small print. Or maybe we knew, or mistakenly believed, the suffering is worth it. Maybe it's better than feeling nothing, or we think it will be. Like how emo young people cut themselves.
>>
>>42981061
No. You'd need to be a complete retard to fall for a trick like that, and I know myself well enough to say with certainty it wasn't the case. Whatever the reason was, it's not among the usual ones offered, it's something very much darker.
>maybe we knew, or mistakenly believed, the suffering is worth it
Maybe if you're spiritually 5 years old. Most people are that naïve --- not me.
>Maybe it's better than feeling nothing
Why do people just assume it's a big fucking void out there? Who's meming this shit? The spiritual planes are chock full of worlds and experiences, you can even create your own in the astral. The material world isn't the only place where things are happening, so it's also not the reason someone like me would incarnate.
>>
>>42981092
you sound like an edgy teenager
which you probably are
>>
>>42980888
Reincarnation is a retarded brown culture meme. Mathematically on its face it makes no sense.
It really started getting pushed hard here after Gnosticism started taking off and being discussed more.
>>
>>42981318
It doesn't make sense if you are low IQ and think time is linear and that Souls have to operate under human logic, instead of 1 Soul being able to reincarnate at the same time into countless bodies across all times.
>>
>>42981386
That's stupid. It's also literally the same thing as oblivion, nothing after death.
You lower races just love this material world so much that you created a metaphysical meme that says you come back to your precious Earth realm over and over.
When you have to make up dumbass lore to explain glaring plot holes like an inconsistent amount of souls to justify a supply required for reincarnation to even happen, it makes me instantly disregard it.
We either go somewhere else when we die or we stop existing. I get that you all WANT to play in mud and flesh forever and ever, but that doesn't make reincarnation any less fake and nonsensical.
>>
>>42981386
Dharmic religions easily get around the number thing because they believe there are many worlds with many realms and many kinds of beings that you can be reborn as aside from humans. Gnostic texts are more ambiguous about that stuff, but they do have the theory that not everyone has the higher components that can pass between lifetimes, which also solves it. And they also might have the idea that souls or spirits can split and rejoin, which again would also solve it.
>>42981440
>you created a metaphysical meme that says you come back to your precious Earth realm over and over.
I believe most religions that accept reincarnation also make putting a stop to it their central goal, so this doesn't make that much sense.
>>
>>42981276
Urusai, baba. Crawl back to your safe space if you can't handle someone disagreeing with you.
>>
>>42981476
>religions that accept reincarnation also make putting a stop to it their central goal,
Fair enough honestly, I'm wrong about that. But reincarnation is still dumbass jeetslop that is the same as nothingness after death. It's shilled, HARD.
>>
>>42980888
Reincarnation is the only fun thing to do when you're an omniscient, all-knowing, all-seeing eternal being. Did I seriously incarnate here on this shit hole planet in its absolute death throes just to experience that sliver in time in which video games existed? yes, yes I did.
>>
>>42981276
>you sound to me...
>edgy teenager
Narcisstic and entitled karen or some looney fundie.
>>
>>42981440
How is that more stupid than you applying your limited human dimensional mind to the universe and souls?

TIME IS LINEAR IN MY WORLD SO THIS APPLIES TO EVEN GOD!

What? Nigga pipe down.
>>
>>42981490
>God can create the universe but can't create a state in which he feels absolute pleasure without boredom or tolerance.

Okay buddy.
>>
>>42981508
>absolute pleasure without boredom or tolerance
Sure, it's possible -- but there would be no point in doing ANYTHING in such an incarnation/pleasure-world.
Boredom is the seed of creation; video games only exist to treat the affliction of boredom.
I hate your logic.
>>
>>42981504
>How is that more stupid than you applying your limited human dimensional mind to the universe and souls?
I know you think this is really impressive and profound, but it isn't enough to woo me into believing in brown people reincarnation bullshit.
Also, even accounting for this view, it doesn't prove me WRONG and reincarnation RIGHT. You're just whining that I don't have all the answers, even though I never said I did, in an attempt to make me be quiet and back off from my position.
Fuck. Your. Reincarnation. LIE.
>>
>>42981517
No, I am against reincarnation but I'm not as low IQ as you are.
You think "umm its actually not mathematically not possible!" because you are thinking like a human about beings that aren't bound by time or space. Time is not linear for them. Hope this helps.

>>42981513
Okay, then simply design for the pleasure to happen by doing only beautiful and fun things like flying through the sky, having sex with your soulmate, exploring stars. Your definition of fun is sitting on a chair, wagecucking, shitting out of your ass, coming home and staring at a screen to play a game that you can't taste, smell or actually feel.

LMFAO

obvious white woman
you dumb cunts can't even greentext properly,
>>42981508
and they can't do logic

>>42981011
least coherent text written since surrealist literature
>>
>>42980888
You don't get tricked or manipulated. You just get bored
>>
>>42981722
Boredom evolved on Earth to push survival. If you think perfect spiritual beings get bored, then you think they are as flawed as rats.
>>
>>42981032
The only answers that make sense in my mind are stupid people willingly do it, or its your first time here. And by first I mean so first you didn't have any idea how much it could suck, or what "suck" even meant. Only a retard would intentionally come back and only a bigger retard would intentionally forget. Retards like to cope by saying "uhm my BIGGER self knows what they're dong ;^))))))" when they're just as clueless as you and I are on our first time around. I think as long as we hold onto this hate we'll never have to reincarnate.
>>
>>42980888
You don’t get tricked, that’s just emergent mythology, emerging from humans not being able to accept they’re just bags of calories getting redistributed like literally everything else in the universe. Consciousness isn’t some special “divine spark”, it’s just recursive physical processes that have achieved a certain degree of complexity over time.

It’s true i believe biological death isn’t necessarily “the end” of linear consciousness for some individuals, but one thing doesn’t negate the other. Control of the mind is something some people spend their lives honing and cultivating just to get a shot at linearity. The idea that everyone’s gonna be able to hold their consciousness together after biological death and live in some fantastical afterlife is pure hubris.
>>
>>42981318
It's not retarded, and it's not only brown people who believe in it. Reincarnation is a fact. You're just closed-minded and ignorant. Souls incarnate into the physical world countless times, for their evolution, learning, and experience. As for the question of this thread, maybe sometimes souls are forced to incarnate into a world with suffering, or where they must experience certain suffering, because they have done bad things in a past life and have to pay off their karma.

>be Soul in the afterlife
>connected to absolute freedom and all the knowledge of the universe in an instant
>"Umm I'm gonna learn LESSONS and EVOLVE by uhhh... going down on Earth... and live the life of a wagecuck and poop out of my ass and watch a lot of tv then die... this great lesson will expand my horizon!"

Surely.
It's interesting how it is also never elaborated into what exactly the Soul is evolving or what it needs to learn, if it comes from a place of perfection and ultimate knowledge.

Someone said people fixated on this are just victims of capitalism. Just like on Earth it's never enough and everyone craves more, more, more... they reflect the same mindset on Souls who can't just be in perfection, no they NEED to visit more schools, get MORE lessons, evolve MORE. For what reason exactly? Never explained.
>>
>>42981092
How do you think you know all this? Exactly how much do you remember about who and where you were before you were born? Because it's pretty rare to remember anything. Maybe you WERE spiritually 5 years old, and agreed to experience Earth (full immersion in this experience requires the temporary memory wipe btw), purely so you could see what it's like to feel like the superior spiritual God that you think you are.

I didn't assume it's a big fucking void out there. I speculated that experiencing pleasure might, by its nature, need the experience of pain to compare it with. If you can't have pleasure without pain, then the promise of pleasure AND pain, when the alternative is feeling neither, might become attractive.

>>42981318
Professor Ian Stevenson and his team of researchers from the University of Virginia were from a white culture. Abrahamic religions like Christianity originated in the middle east, so I hope you don't consider them white culture memes. Christianity, Judaism and Islam all have or had sects that believed in reincarnation, by the way.
>>
>>42981803
>Reincarnation is a fact.
Its a possibility anon. As in yes it is real but its not something that EVERYONE does. You can just choose not to.
>>
>>42981493
>Narcisstic
lolwut?
>>
>>42982048
>How do you think you know all this?
Logical reasoning and a deep understanding of Necessity. The same logic and reasoning with which we figure out stuff like "karma" being a load of shit invented to keep people down in ancient india and justify its rulers,...or how the old philosophers figured out many spiritual truths taken for granted these days. Good logical reasoning can be used for anything.

A person who has hated and rejected this world (inb4 edgy teenager) since the youngest age is, by necessity -- indeed by nature, not someone who chose to come here. This may not make sense to a woman, but that doesn't make it wrong.
>how much do you remember about who and where you were before you were born?
uh, quite a bit in fact
I've told my story here before. I'm one of those people with what's called an exceptional memory and it allowed me to retain a number of pre-incarnate memories, i.e. "memory bleedthrough," including what I really look like. All in all, I'm the same solitary non-human entity, the same sensitive boy I always was in the higher planes, and that's been much of the reason why I never fit into this ugly world. So there...I guess?
>you can't have pleasure without pain
Even if that were true, which it's not, anyone in the spirit world can just float on down to the astral plane and load up some fantasy scenario to give him all the suffering he wants. Or he could just, like, punch himself. You don't gotta come to earth for pain. You don't gotta have your guts ripped out alive by israeli organ harvesters without anaesthesia in order to know ice cream tastes good. Saying you do is just ye olde "the material world is a school" all over again, a new-age false doctrine that smart men have already logically ass raped beyond recognition so I'm not gonna explain it all to you.

Bottom line, any "lessons" a person feels he needs can be learned out in the spirit world, without suffering, or at least without suffering nearly as much as happens on earth.
>>
has anyone ever thought maybe souls are kinda retarded and do enjoy suffering for funsies? not that I believe this take, but it could be possible
