Everybody will recommend The Witch, and I do it's good, but everybody knows about it. The Crucible is of course really good, but it's not really what most people think of when they're asking for actual witch content.
Sleepy Hollow is one of my favorite movies concerning witchcraft. The short story is fantastic, but doesn't really lean into the witch angle.
It'll sound silly, but The Scariest Story Ever: A Micky Mouse Halloween Spooktacular has some good witch stuff included.

Halloween was always my favorite holiday. As a kid, my grandma was super into it, and we would watch this movie called “Lady in White” which honestly sucked but she loved it, and it we usually got a pass to watch scary movies. My parents did minimal decorations, but she went all out. McDonald’s, and Taco Bell had Halloween kids meals (I think my mom still has the McDonals candy buckets, and the Taco Bell eyeball straws). The neighborhood was filled with kids and it was fun going trick or treating. By the time I was 14, I still loved Halloween but it was more just the spooky movies (AMC had monster fest). Now i live in a nice middle class neighborhood, so we get hordes of fat Mexican kids and little nigglets. It’s not as magical anymore and doesn’t have that feeling.

I did trick or treating in the 80s and it was amazing. everything felt safe and warm and magical like you said, and I came back with a bag full of stuff. things didn't cost much so people were generous, plus they were all your neighbours anyway.
i remember a much older kid scared me when I was about 4, seemed like he and his friends were huge, he had an overhead wolf mask on, was deliberately scaring me. maybe they were 12, could have been older.

We still get a mostly good crowd but every so often you get the hoodrats and their spawn that want to be as loud and obnoxious as possible and make a big show of how tough and totally not scared they are. I love Halloween. They don't celebrate it where I'm from, but my little sister was always enchanted by it. Seeing it in movies and TV and games and stuff. So when she was 10 and she wanted to have a Halloween party with her friends I used to make it for her.
I'd make fingers out of caramel with almonds for nails, dark red punch with an icy hand I made with a glove full of water, stuff like that. I'd read them some old ghost stories like Burrage's Smee and such. They wanted to go trick or treating too, so I went to all the neighbors and asked them if they could humor my sister and her friends. I gave the neighbors bags of candy, they'd hand out some to the kids and keep the rest. Everybody was fine with that arrangement. I miss it.

Yes indeed. Thinking about this now, his format and his work have remained very much as always. Once he locked in to his style, he just continued to expand it and please most of the fans, as well as himself of course. I was disappointed in the AVGN film, but for a first large budget production it was totally not bad. I need to give it another watch, while hoping MST3k or Rifftrax to get ahold of it at some point XD
