It can have its benefits if used sparingly.One of my buddies has been smoking it for over 30 years daily and it has taken a toll on him. It has rendered him crazy lazy, irrational and void of any motivation. Also his capacity to remember things and articulate his thoughts have taken a huge beating. It honestly all depends on how it affects your life. I smoke regularly and it doesn't affect my day to day other than putting me in a better mood. I still work my ass off at my job every day and do my duties at home. I also know some people that smoke every day and rot into the couch collecting unemployment and spending it all on weed. To each his own. I will say that it has a massive benefit for me spiritually and emotionally.
