ITT: Weird reality quirks that don't make sense, or stuff with NPCs. I'll start with some I noticed:>Supermarket has thousands of items, many perishable. All but the most popular brands are usually 90-100% stocked. How do they make their profit back? Do they really throw away like 60%+ of their stock every week?>Go to a mall, first of usually very few people compared to when I was a kid, but specifically, all those strange niche stores that never have anyone in them. How do they pay the bills?>Never seeing neighbors bring groceries in>Most people not having trouble finding a job that you talk to, when the job market is clearly fucked and mostly fake>Similar to above, people with shit jobs but somehow they perpetually have a new car, go on vacations, etc>Banks literally create money from thin air, somehow the entire economy just functions like this

The weirdest thing is most of the time they don't seem to be following an agenda/psyop it's literally just bots pretending to be real people. Why? Like wouldn't it cost money to run?

Each week/month store manager looks up how many product XYZ was bought and generally buys restock according for usual historical demand for the product. If the product approaches it's shelf life, it's usually discounted. My friends either don't have degrees of they have arts and shit, yet they perpetually have those sort of easy / close to management level positions. Two of my friends were given jobs by their fathers.
