so if i had a very advanced piece of ai video generating software, not like the public stuff that its just deals with one layer, but real advanced shit that the military had been using for years; it probably would generate different layers i sweeps, one of which would be eyes -- because eyes are really pesky in image generation, they almost require a differently resolution pass to get them right. looks to me like some really advanced software that hiccupped on a render pass. also, if you look at a lot of news footage, it looks like cgi layering, people don't seem to be aware of each other, they're looking through and past things. anyway, the years of news anchor "reptilians" are more likely years of incredibly advanced psyops perpetrated through early developments in ai.
