You have to dehydrate the flowers and leaves until they're very dry then break them into small pieces. Mugwort is another good herb for dreams and visions that I like to use. You can buy premade smokeable blends and cigarettes with this stuff but I like to grow my own herbs and make them myself since it's much cheaper and fresher and also just fun to do. I smoke them out of a pipe too, no cigs.

My life objectively started getting back on tracks after I began microdosing em some 3 monthes ago. I've made progresses unconcievable in such a short time span without going hardcore about bettering myself and shits. Its wild to me how different things get depending on dosage.

I think I may have been slipping in and out of direct dialogue with my subconscious but I'm not sure. I'm an astrologer and at heroic doses I've encountered the Roman gods of the planets. I've had to battle Pluto on on multiple occasions to stop from being abducted into the underworld, I've gone for flights with Jupiter the sky god, dived into Neptune's ocean realm, etc. How much of this is my subconscious is unknown. I take heroic doses of cubensis since they're the most common to get. These encounters come to me when I'm at a festival having fun with my friends and then I realize I need have an internal trip so I separate, lie down, close my eyes and put on my headphones. I was reading D'Aulaire's Greek and Norse myths and Malory's King Arthur in elementary school so I have the background for it. I don't really direct my trip until they've made contact but at that point you may need to have some defenses ready. Like at the last festival I was away from some friends who were either on acid or mushrooms but they felt something sinister so it wasn't just me. They decided to change channels by taking some molly. I was on 5g of enigma. When I was starting to freak I did my defenses and got away and broke through. Astrologically it was Jupiter opposite Pluto which is an overapplication of energy so even after I broke through I still had to sometimes counteract because Hades Lord of the Underworld just would not fucking let up. But that's in my natal chart, he's someone I have to deal with in this lifetime
