Pic unrelated I just didn't have anything betterI've been in recovery for a few years now 2-3 give or take I haven't had any major break downs or mental episodes minor ones sure but thats mostly at the actions of peopleBut lately I've been physically degrading. My eyesight, hand eye coordination, muscle control. All worseBleeding at random I'm finding holes and tears in my skin minor of course especially in my legsNone of this happened before when I had my serious mental breakdowns and hallucinations more constantly and I think I know whyPhysical proximity before I HAD to be closer to people but now that I've resigned and am a shut in I'm very rarely around people I don't even speak to people that often and its the same fewI have a theory that my body is lashing out on me and my isolationism is causing physical backlashI am more mentally stable but have worse physical symptoms before when my brain was cracked like an egg I was more fitBut why is my brain doing this to me
