Do you believe this is real? Or at least partially? I do believe it because there were a lot of moments when I could have literally died. I was taking my car out of the garage (I live in front of a very busy street), and this massive truck came out of nowhere and almost struck my car. The only reason this didn’t happen is because I waved goodbye to my dad seconds before. Another time, I was biking and my front tire hit a hole that caused me to go straight into a highway. A bus was coming right at me, but I was able to dodge it. Yesterday, it was raining like hell, and I went downstairs to get my delivery from the biker. I was barefoot, and while I was outside, I almost slipped in a way that could have caused me to crack the back of my skull... but I kept my balance and nothing happened (or so it seems). I also believe in long-term dead ends that caused me to die. For example, I failed a class during my college years and decided to stop all the other courses to focus on the one I failed, since it was during the pandemic and online classes were just a waste of time and money. Anyway, I was not able to continue the course with my former classmates and had to go with a new group. Years later, I saw 2 of my buddies from the class that continued without me. They were now engaged (the guy and the girl), and yet, the girl looked at me with thirst in her eyes. I wonder if I had an affair with her and was murdered by her boyfriend, who was very jealous. Or maybe we would do some project togheter that would eventually lead to my death
Maybe. It depends on our perspective entirely, no? If we blast our heads off or jump in front of a moving train, would we die? If we just let age take us, what will happen if quantum immortality is real? Only you can know.
>>43022771you will never experience "death" so quit worrying about it
It's unfalsifiable. But I doubt it is real. What about people who get in terrible accidents but don't die and live the rest if their lives severely crippled or ill?
I think that it happened to millions of us collectively. When I spent years studying the mandela effect, at the time there was an absolute trend. Many people reported showing up in 2012, 2015, 2016. Then later there were more waves. I confirmed all of it via Google trends using related keyword frequency. So you take each group of said people that experience the mathematically improbable shared false memory sets, and you have to say, how did they all get here? They are all sharing the same incorrect memories. Well, very few people reported remembering dying. Hardly any. There was a continuity where their previous version of reality simply ceased to exist. Quantum immortality is what I believe happened here. Having non-local memories is, imo, a sign of a souled individual. So in their original world, many were moved here. Why all of a sudden? Personally, I think it was some calamity that brought them here.
>>43022771Just sounds like can't die horror to me, Anon... but I try to keep an open mind. After all, I thnk there's scary-plausible biblical prophecy. All I can say is if I'm here over a cellphone charger, someone's gonna get shanked.
>>43022771What happens when you're dying from an old age according to quantum immortality theory?
>>43022771Quantum Immortality is real, but it's just God's grace and eternal life in heaven.
>>43022771I believe that it's real. I am afraid I might not be able to bear the karma of losing the lives I've lost.
>>43022771It will not extend life beyond old age limit so its a nothingburger anyway. I remember there was a retard who somehow got so scared by the idea he offed himself lol.
>>43024089>What happens when you're dying from an old age according to quantum immortality theory? You are bound to live a full life. You may die many times, but never experience it. It would just appear as a series of close calls. The timeline you left behind ... they would experience you dying. You live until old age, and you experience death (crossover) once per lifetime. Unless you self terminate. Then again, there are people who report trying and somehow failing more than once.
>>43024241>>43024281sounds like a bullshit to me
>>43022771so u grow infinitely old into a 500 year old dry slab of meat and then keep going only to satisfy your misunderstanding of quantum effects?
It's cope, look at people who are 100+ years old, do they look like they're going to be quantum immortal? One way to prove it is when you're old and dying, remember to yell and scream in your death throes "QUANTUM IMMORALITY IS REAL!" By yelling/screaming this it will create a strong mental imprint when you jump into the next parallel reality and you might remember having screamed it.
>>43024509>>43024541No no, people who are old have been quantum shifted a few times already. We're in their timeline. Just as people who die have left our timeline.
>>43024554yeah you exponentially shift more and more as you grow 100+ years old until your existence is only shifting at age 500 and youre a slab of dry meat.

>>43024499It's not impossible...Quantum mechanics is a bit crazy. Like, we live in superposition. Once something happens we leave possible previous states behind. Be being shot in the heart or in the arm, both can happen in quantum mechanics but only one materializes in your world. It's more complex, but you get the picture... So while I can't tell you that your conscience is jumping between universes your mind might be multiplying every moment of your life, and when you die one replica might be alive. But I cannot tell you that if you try to commit suicide you will wake up in a world where the shot failed, or where it merely left you deformed. This version of you might actually just die. This is according to the many worlds theory. Although it's not confirmed that we have multiple time lines, it does dictate that superposition occurs. It's a basic concept of quantum mechanics. That's what the schodrinigger(cant spell it sorry) attempts to explain.
