I don't think humans should worship any gods. I think they are parasitic entities that rely on our worship and acknowledgement, because we are actually superior to them. They can only control us through fear.

The regular Joe is most definitely 100% without the shadow of a doubt more ethic than, say, the God of the bible. This is zero exaggeration. The God of the bible commanded His followers to kill women, to kill babies, God was OK with slavery, God was OK with rape, because once the soldier killed the man in the town they were INVADING then he could have the woman if he so desired, this is RAPE, we have a name for this, and God said it was OK. They used prejudice to justify genocide. They said other tribes were worshipping demons and that they had to be killed. God justified His followers killing other nations or tribes with the excuse that said other nations and tribes were worshipping other Gods and He was the only and one true God. So yeah, most of us alive today are by definition of ethics better than the God of the bible.
