One time about a couple of years ago I was laying in bed fully conscious and I suddenly hear what sounded like a car alarm going off outside, the another car alarm, then it seemed like a cascade of alarm-like sounds. Then the sound kinda shifted to originating inside my bedroom, at first it was panning around the room like it was looking for a target, then rapidly locked onto my head and I heard the loudest alarm sound ever. My body was instantly paralysed and I didn't know what to do so I said the Lord's Prayer, briefly after that it stopped and I could hear a car speed off from the outside of my bedroom window.What the fuck was that? I was also experiencing gangstalking at the time and telephone harrasment.

Putting tin foil everywhere didn’t work well but putting foam pads or foam mattresses to line walls did help. Taking a foam mattress top and lying under it helped a lot. My dog was also freaking out to the point where I had to take a break and sublet my townhome to my stoner brother who grew and smoked tons of weed and hopefully annoyed that neighbor.
