Hello, for the past few months I have been trying to learn how to fight/kill spirits. I had a bad haunting in my past and want to be able to defend myself in the future. banishing and warding didn't work and it only stopped when i used servitors to fight it but the process was very slow. Im asking for methods you use to fight/ kill spirits. Energy work methods or spells you can do. Thank you for any information.

That's why I said to bait in the lower astral, where you have the same kind of mobility and can see what you're dealing with. It does use a lot of energy and wouldn't do it myself anymore, not being in my prime. Cats take care of any problem for me right now. Dogs for human nuisances and cats for non-humans.

This is my personal experience. I find that the Jesus prayer, "Lord Jesus Christ, son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner." typically works, and if needed, simply repeat. The monastics can pray this continually, although it is not recommended to do so for most, as it can be detrimental, both to your mental focus and for other reasons. But it is overall quite useful. In dire straits, merely utter "Lord have mercy" instead. Additionally, the sign of the cross works.This is simply my personal experience. Either do it, or don't. There are plenty of accounts of unbelieving people uttering these prayers to an effect, even if they do not believe in God.May the Lord bless you in your struggle, my friend.

In the dreams i learned how to levitate, phase through walls, fly, shoot projectiles, manipulate matter. I created a dark smoke cloud that would come out of an area from my back (like a backpack). This smoke engulfs and kills/neutralizes evil spirits. Honestly i don't know what happens to them but they disappear. I can shape and mould this smoke to any shape or distance. It's not visible when i'm awake, but just knowing i can do this prevents me from being fearful. Spirits are afraid of me, i can eat them. Rip and tear. They get big and scary, i get bigger and scarier. It excites me when a spirit 'wants some' because i get to fight, i get to eat. I don't know how the dreams happened or how to induce them in others but something i can describe that you can practice while awake is enhancing your energy field. You know that feeling of goosebumps when you get a sudden scare? Try to feel that purposefully, make it strong, growl, bare your teeth, smile with spiritual violence. Feel the warmth burst from your chakras to all your extremities, it's like a sudden wave, you can do it over and over, make it stronger, flex your muscles isometrically like you're about to fight for real. If you do it correctly your face will tingle and fear goes to zero.
